Review 3：The wifi was slow at best but it didn't really dampen our experience. The breakfast was a bit repetitive but overall ok.

Review 4：We arrived after a very horrible experience with Saudi Airlines and a taxi company. I had called the hotel before hand to tell them that we were delayed and were on our way and was told our rooms would be ready on (our very late) arrival. After a very exhausting 24hours travel it was such a wonderful relief to be greeted with lovely staff and warm smiles! It really makes alot of difference to a travelers experience to have a friendly reception, so thank you to Mr. Abdulraheem Baksh for all your patience and helpfulness! Very much a credit to the hotel and i hope you continues your career forward in the hospitality industry! The hotels location is excellent, less than a 5 minute walk to the women's entrance to the Mosque. The rooms were clean and well kept.

Review 5：No parking access, I am very unhappy with the hotel in not supporting in providing the car parking. This is one thing which hotel needs to take care.

Hotel Security and Management cooperated by investigating thru security camera history and it was found out that the guilty person was a hotel employee (newly hired young person). This person when contacted by us accompanied by hotel security, reacted very non-professionally and did not admit his fault. It was a bad experience dealing with this person which ruined all our trip excitement unfortunately. We'll appreciate if hotel management could help us in this regard. Perhaps this was down to the fact that it was non-peak season. Sometimes even with the several calls they would not come . #My room ,had only three spotlights by the window ,as main room lighting. so it was very dim . I had to ask for a bedside lamp to light up the room . #The towels are very old and overused. #The bathroom's bin was broken and I called 4 different times to remind them that I want it to be changed but no one changed it. #When I first arrived , the TV was not working , they sent someone that fixed it. #the corridors smell like cigarettes and the bins by the elevators are full with garbage that has not been removed since I checked in . #when the housekeeping answers the phone, they don't have proper communication skills due to language barrier #my family in the other room never had someone come clean their room even though they called several times to remind them to. 2-The reception has low number of staff ,so in busy times they are not able to answer the phone for inquiries. 3- weak wifi

Iftar buffet was very versatile and there was enough quantity for all ;distributed over two spacious halls to avoid crowding. 4. Review 75：When we checked in, rooms was ready but not cleaned, first we discovered that one of the windows won't close, so we asked the staff to change the room. In the second room we found a Lizard! (Yes, you heard me right), we were shocked. We complained and staff upgraded to a suite where we found that one of the vent is wide open and asked the staff to changes our room one more time. This time they upgraded us in a delux room, though there was lot of dust but we figured all the room would be same so didn't ask for a change.

Review 87：I don't know where to start!! The hotel did not consider any of our prior requests (upper story room, non-smoking room). The room we got was first floor, smelling of cigarettes, carpet was filthy and had some very suspicious stains all over. The room was so dusty, we wondered when it had last been cleaned. There were 3 huge black bin bags outside of our room which were not removed for the duration of our stay despite several staff members passing by them. The kettle was mouldy and broken since someone before us had used it to brew green tea leaves which were stuck inside the kettle and nobody had bothered to replace it. The Internet was painfully slow. The bathroom door would not close. The TV was not working. The air conditioning was not working and we were awaken in the middle of the night by the heat! The electric socket by the bedside was not working, which meant a dead phone battery in the morning. There were no slippers, extra towels, toothbrush or any items that a 5 star hotel would provide in the room. The staff was rude. I called to order some food 3 times and the phone was finally answered by someone who sounded drugged and kept asking me what i wanted despite me telling him a dozen times, and I had to give up in the end, and get some takeout from kfc. To top it all up, the breakfast was poor, there was flies on the baked items and the fruit was just tinned-fruit full of sugar, and no fresh fruit. Overall, our stay was a disappointment and we were misled by the website's description of the hotel being 5 star. It was definitely not, it was merely 3 star because of the above mentioned reasons, as well as the lack of any 5 star amenities. We were conned out of our money which we paid expecting a 5 star treatment.

Review 88：The hotel was in the third block of buildings (in order of proximity to the Prophet saw's mosques ). So, although it was still a 10 minute walk, it was one of the best features.

Lights are TOO DIM - There is no wired internet available in rooms and WIFI was also not good!! very slow.
