Review 1：Reception area was unfriendly - lots of signs saying don't do this, fine for that ... but despite this staff were helpful
Review 2：Good location, not far from the beach and easily walkable to bars etc. Can get a little noisy late in the evening - but that's part of what you're there for, right? Nice pool area, a pleasant surprise in amongst the winding lanes of shops & bars.

Review 5：Problems with WiFi (almost not working during our stay) and mosquitoes. A lot restrictions int the hotel (do not forget to take your shoes off before enter the facility). Broken light switch in the bathroom, it's cover fall down when touched.

Review 11：Reception staff came across as grumpy but this could possibly have been because they spoke limited English. Our room was not cleaned on the second day and we had to ask for this to be done which was disappointing. Room became quite smelly from the bathroom - outside drain smell coming into the room. To be honest though I don't think you will get much better in Phi Phi - the place is like an Andaman Ibiza; they will happily take your money but don't expect much for it!

Review 15：To anyone considering staying in this establishment, I urge you to reconsider! As a female travelling solo, safety was a priority, so I had no issues spending a bit more for piece of mind, how wrong was I! Never in my life have I been treated so dreadfully. No only do they lack any form of acceptable customer service skills, they have an in-house thieving department, raiding my room for any possessions/ cash they see fit to take. They're response..."our staff is not our responsibility" This place should not be open.

Review 18：I fell just out of the boat on arrival on the island and I sprained my ankle. They have been super-helpful and understanding. Then I also left my smartphone in the room and they found it and gave it to a friend. So really they saved my life more than once :)
Review 19：I got food poising when I was there. The staff and house keepers were more than accommodating to help me clean and make sure I had everything. Beautiful pool and great location!
Review 20：- Shoes! the receptionist shouted at me long before I reached the door. No prob,- I took off my sandals before entering, and then she continued shouting,- 2500 bath a night! Told her I had a reservation, but it was like she didn't believe me. - Really? Booking.com..?? she asked, and I showed her a copy of my reservation. No doubt she made me feel like a kind of "enemy" she hadn't seen for years, though we had never met before. May be she had a "bad" experience prior to my arrival, but that should not affect her attitude regarding me or other guests. Anyway, next time I saw her she actually smiled, and she was nice during the rest of my stay. :o)

Review 67：Overpriced. Pool is small and gets barely any sun. Charged credit card over week before stay without advising us, despite confirmation confirming you pay during stay. No one on reception from 7pm-8am. Our bathroom window didn't shut or lock, on ground floor so not secure.

If we wanted it to be bigger, fancier, beach-front we would have paid more and gone somewhere else but only needed it as a crash pad for the party, which was dope btw Slinky Rocks!
Review 72：Poolside entry with a cute balcony to chill, two seats and a coffee table. Aircon was good, has a fridge, nice size tv, big bathroom, shower was hot (had several showers), 5 min walk from the ferry making it easy, we stayed for one night as a place to go back to after full moon party and it was perfect for this. gf was too hungover and late checkout was 300baht an hour - no probs :) was met by someone at the ferry who walked us to the hotel in a group making it easy to find which was cool (but dont know if they do that for everyone or if our tagent arranged). our ferry was several hours after checkout and they happily looked after our bags for us including snorkel gear.
Review 73：Stayed at 3rd floor and was abit of a climb after some drinks ;p. The hotel's surrounding does smells abit weird due to that it was near the market but its bearable.
Review 74：Excellent location. 5mins walk to/from Tonsai Pier. 10mins walk to/from Lo Dalum Bay. Food are all just around the corner. Room was clean and basic facilities are all working good. Hotel staffs does speak basic english. Would definitely be back. Highly recommended.
