Review 1：The staff was absolutely wonderful, accomodating and helpful. The location, right on the sea, is spectacular. The dining room view is picture postcard.

Review 2：Very helpfull staff. I was with a group there and I had all the support needed. Great view, nice sourranding. Next year I shall go back with other group!

Review 3：Breakfast does not match the level of the rest of the hotel. Not much selection, terrible coffee, not enough seating. If you ask for real coffee you will eventually get it, sometimes after a 30 min wait.

Review 14：Breakfast was monotonous. Particularly cooked breakfast. Suggest introduce variety. For example: add tomatoes and mushrooms to hot breakfast selection and make varsity of eggs available - e.g. fried, omelette etc. Infrequently used clutter of electrical equipment in bar: speakers, screen, loose cables and multi-connectors also redundant projector mount in ceiling. TV in bar; not every body wants to watch football every night. Bedrooms under dining area suffer from noise of footsteps on marble floor; consider carpet. Finally, most soft chairs/sofas offer poor lumbar support. Suggest consider this aspect when furniture is replaced.

Review 15：Position and outlook. Quiet. Very polite, friendly, helpful staff with very good command of English. Good range of facilities although some not available at time of visit. Other than breakfast, standard of food and service very good - one meal 5-star plus! Very nice to have fresh fruit, cheese cakes and water in room.

Review 16：The only weak aspect was breakfast - you won't have much choice if you are used to have a proper meal in the morning and not just white bread and marmelade. Scrambled eggs, bacon etc were offered but didn't tase too good.

Review 17：Every room has a beautiful view to Atlantic ocean and Monte Brazil. Fresh fruits and local pastry was brought to the rooms and it was included in the price. Staff was very polite and respectful. The hotel has a nice bar/lounge.

Review 19：Our room had a magnificent view of the ocean and of Monte Brazil. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the centre of Angra. This is a welcoming and very well managed hotel with a wide range of amenities. Service both at the front desk and in the dining room were excellent. I would mention specifically Lucinda at the front desk and Joao who manages the restaurant, but all of the staff were very helpful and professional. A wonderful stay. We also enjoyed the pet rooster and duck that share in the enjoyment of the beautiful gardens overlooking the Atlantic! Room Tip: Most rooms have balconies and ocean view. Higher floors have better views Lunch on the outside balcony of the bar/lounge were delightful as were the swimming and athletic facilities .

Review 20：Indoor Pool was under maintenance during my stay, usually wouldn't bother me but this stay was a gift to my daughters bday with her friends, the whole idea was for them to have fun at a indoor pool all tghr. They still had fun though being 3 young girls they easily found ways of staying entertained in the garden around outdoor pool which was quite dirty also.

Review 24：It's possible to have quiet a long way to the room, unfortunately they apparently didn't air out the corridor, so the smell (even after cleaning the carpet) wasn't that nice.

Spacious room with comfortable bed, nice balcony with privacy Stunning view of the ocean from the hotel room (which all rooms have) Although the front of the hotel is not that special, the back of the hotel (ocean-side) is amazing. Although the decor was slightly dated, the cleanliness, upkeep and staff made up for the slightly dated decor. I was a chief engineer at at 4 star resort for 8 years and know the ins and outs of this business. This place is highly recommendable and the island is beautiful! Two thumbs up for Terceira Mar!!!!!!

Our romantic package (we were on a honeymoon trip) included good dinners and plentiful wine. It was easy to stroll into Angra and enjoy the sights there. It was fun to lounge in the bar and play pool. The staff made us so comfortable that we were truly sad to leave. We hope to return to celebrate our anniversary!

Review 64：A part of the personal did not understand english very well. Wifi isvery expencive, I have never should pay so much. It was cheaper using myphone (which is also is very expensive). Price for WIFi is just too highfor a 4 star hotel.
