Review 1：I was a vendor at this year's Indio tamale festival and I looked around for a place to stay. I booked here because they had a 7.1 rating and they said the staff was friendly. Well when I showed up after over 12 hrs at the festival I checked in with N.B. and yes he was VERY friendly! Told him I needed to do a small load of towels that were spiked from the days event. He gave me quarters and asked if I had soap. I didn't so he gave me a cup of his and we walked to the washer. Well the washer was full, so he told me to go to his washer and I put them in there and went to my room. After we went to get dinner and go to the store we get back and N.B. brings my towels. He washed...dried...and folded them...amazing service!

Review 3：We liked the fact it was quiet and very roomy in the room. Had all the amenities that were stated. Staff at the desk check in was prompt and when we walked in the reservation was printed up and ready for us. Very nice staff member.
Review 4：The rooms were large and spacious,and it had a decent bed and shower. Other than that, there's nothing much more to write about - don't go here expecting too much, and you won't be disappointed. It's a good enough place to spend a couple of nights, if you aren't going to spend any time in the rooms.
Review 5：This family owned property is a delightful throwback to earlier times and the pride of ownership shows. When I checked in with my motorcycle, the owner gave me a room where I could park it right outside my window. Quiet, clean and relaxing. Great experience.

Staff insisted the signal was fine. I've had no problems with my PC and WiFi at many other motels. Staff not very pleasant about the WiFi problem when brought to their attention.

Review 10：The listing advertised "full kitchen", but there were no dishes, cutlery, knives, cooking pots at all. Staff said "We don't supply those." No discernible hot water (or sink plug) in kitchen. Shower was grubby. Bed, though clean, was very hard.
Review 11：This motel was easy to find (on one of the main highways), and relatively inexpensive. TV, fridge, stove and microwave worked. Towels and sheets renewed every day. They did lend us a can opener. Shower for short people, but ample hot water.

Review 46：I have used Bookings.com for about 10 years and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. The sheets were clean but the room was very filthy with dirty hand-prints all over the walls and there was 2" cockroach in the bathroom. This place was far below the standards I have come to expect from bookings.com. They need to clean up their act.

Review 54：I didn't like the fact that we stayed there 3 days and the first day the maids came by to clean our room we said no and to come back later. They never came back all day, in fact they didn't come the rest of the remaining 3 days after that. It would be better if we had signs to put on the outside of our doors for "Do Not Disturb" or "Please Clean". I also didn't like the fact that everything was outdated and the shower had wood where the knob was. Those things needed to be patched up and we needed at least one more lamp somewhere for lighting. The staff was great but that's the only bad part was the maids only came one time and when asked to come back, never did. The whole place needs a bit remodeling.
Review 55：I loved how they catered to our needs and that the pool and jacuzzi were open 24 hours! I also liked the fact we could park directly behind our hotel room and the cleanliness of our room was great. It was overall an awesome experience.
Review 56：The motel could use a bit of an upgrade. For example, really liked the kitchens in each room, but the sink had rust and there was a cupboard door missing. The towels were a bit small and thin, and the drywall around the shower head was broken off (aka hole in the wall). Also the box spring had some mysterious spots along the sides, could really be anything, but it looked like dried blood.
Review 57：The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. It must be tough trying to compete with the bigger resorts as a motel, so i appreciated helping out the mom n pop shop. All we did was literally sleep here for Coachella so its served its purpose as a cheap place to sleep
Review 58：The unit appeared clean but the toilet had poop in it and hadn't been flushed. So safe to assume it wasn't cleaned. There were no blankets, clean or otherwise, in the room. I refuse to use the comforter in any hotel or motel, so that's not an option.

Review 64：The entry road is a bottleneck and cars with careless drivers park there (actually leave their car there) and block you in or out. Staff doesn't seem to try to avert this. Wifi was not on, despite being advertised. Likely needed to ask them to turn it on. Bar of used soap was found next to sink upon arrival.

It is so run down on the outside that it makes you want to drive away before even going in, then when you get inside after renting a unit with a kitchenette, every appliance was extremely dirty and there was not even a coffe pot or any dishes or utensils in the place. The floor in the bathroom had not been washed for quite some time. There were no hangers to hang your clothes on, no stopper for the sink, pipes are exposed in the bathroom. We had to stay as it was to late to find anything else, but NEVER, NEVER AGAIN.
