Review 3：We love Villa Bianca!!!! it was our second stay at this Hotel and again, we had a great time. The rooms are modern and really clean, the staff very professional and helpful. Location just perfect! In the centre city, close to Tatralandia Aquapark-ca. 5 min by car.

Review 7：the hotel is very very clean, the room was new and well organized, the staff is very friendly (not all can talk English), the breakfast was very good and the parking for the car was very good.

Review 8：The website said there wasn't a breakfast option, so we booked a suite with a kitchenette, unnecessary as there was breakfast. The wifi was intermittent at best and inability to use it to book our next accommodation ruined the next day. My biggest complaint is that I was quite offended by the artwork in the room which was overtly sexual and in every direction you looked. I would have been embarrassed if I was in there with children or other people. Oh, and the fancy hi tech TV didn't work. I rarely give a bad review but I was really disappointed this time.

Review 14：The hotel is a really modern luxurious i would say hotel in the heart of Litpovsky Mikulas in Slovakia. It is a new built, very clean hotel, having all someone might want. The room was big enough for one person, having all the facilities you need. And of course free parking. The hotel it is only 5 mins walk from the historical center of Liptovsky Mikulas. This is a suggestion: In the near future if you could have a pool in the back garden that would be awesome!!!!!

Review 15：Very small disadvantage of this hotel is location. It is in the city center of Liptowski Mikulasz, but the close neigbourhood is a bit dirty. Of course it is completely safe etc, but it is the only disadvantage I can think off at the moment.

Review 16：Very nice room, we had an apartment and it was very spacious and very clean. Everything was perfect. Everything was perfectly fine. Quite big TV, beautiful building itself, staff is really helpful and easy going.

Review 19：We had bad experience with checking in. We selected a thirty minutes timeframe in which we should arrive but when we did there was no one at the entire hotel and we were just locked outside on the street. We had to look for a way to call their number as we travel abroad and don't have a mobile device for local calls. Once we called them, a person showed up in few minutes and checked us in, in a rush. Others we met on the hotel shared the same experience, so it's sound like a common practice.

Review 20：Overall we liked the place. Everything seems clean and new. Only the TV is kinda old but who cares.

Review 21：Very clean place, perfect location, very friendly personel who take care of you all time - we discivered this on ourselfs while we were sting outside by the barbecuee and someone from staff thought that we might have been cold and bring us blankets. You can feel almost like at home in this hotel. Also if you will come with small child staff of this hotel will do everything to make your stay more comfortable. Really in 100 % we recomend this hotel.

Review 22：Very fresh, new and clean place. Located 200m from Market Sq, close to restaurants and bars. 10 mins drive to Chopok ski resort, 5 mins to Tatralandia pools.

Review 23：In general good stuff, but some moments we really didn't like. We arrived on Sun about 13:30 pm and it turned out nobody from stuff was in the hotel, it was just closed. On the hotel page it was mentioned that check-in is from 15:30, but usually this means that room should be ready by this time, not whole unavailability of hotel. So, we had to call the host. However, he was sorry and managed to come earlier than 15:30. Also, after check-out hotel stuff weren't able to call us taxi (2 taxi service they called were unresponsive). We had to run to bus station and catch taxi there. It's also a bit sad.

Review 24：Modern bright hotel. Cozy quite room, powerful heating and big window. Very good bathroom and comfortable bed. Location - 5 mins walk from city center, 7 mins walk to bus station. Breakfast is also good enough.

Review 80：The hotel is extremely new, clean and modern. The facilities are excellent, we particularly enjoyed the jacuzzi and sauna after a hard day on the slopes. The owner was helpful and friendly. Only a short drive from Jasna ski resort, and benefits from the town centre location with a few restaurants only a few minutes walk away. We also found the boot drying and garage storage facilities very useful for our wet ski gear. Only 1 word of caution, not related to the hotel directly - booking.com does not take your payment directly and only reserves the room, unlike other similar websites.

Review 81：the staff were very rude, not told about added costs of spa facilities, was told that we were cheap, not made to feel at all welcome. would not recommend to stay if you are a tourist or snowboarder or skier. very unimpressed with customer care. the customer service let the facilities and hotel down!
