Review 2：Excellent location right at the ladies entrance. Good buffet breakfast with omelet station. It is a small hotel and we enjoyed the quiet after our very big and busy hotel in makkah. While the hotel is quite dated in its decor, it is well maintained and clean. The hotel is also between very prominent expensive hotels and is therefore in my opinion value for money. Oh and free WiFi was great!

Review 51：I booked two rooms one for my children and one for us. I booked it for the two rooms to be very near. The second room was given very late and more over we were given rooms seven floors apart. Very disappointing.

People go there for religious reasons and hence the checkout time much be in accordance with the prayer timing. I would say that one should be able to comfortably pray Zuhr in Haram and then return to the hotel to checkout.

The location is not as ideal as that of Hilton or Shaza al-Madinah etc, especially if you want to stay right within the Haram campus. Yet, my overall experience was quite satisfactory.

Review 62：As we reached the hotel around 11.30 AM and this was bit early, the room was not yet ready. Abdul Razak Bukhary, the marketing manager, was really cooperative and could urge the room cleaning process within 15 Min. This was really good favor as me and my family were abled to prepare for Jumaáh prayer at Haram. Thanks to him.
