Review 1：The noise from the street but I was made aware by the staff.
Review 2：Accessible to town centre. Walking distance and good view considering we were in front of the lake.
Review 3：The manager was extremely helpful but as she was off-site she was unable to assist with the fact that there were some items missing from the kitchen. For the price paid we would expect the kitchen to be cleaner. The window coverings need to be upgraded as there were holes in some curtains and some were falling off the runners.
Review 4：The location was good. Our booking was for two friends and so we appreciated the fact that each bedroom had a bathroom. As we had two cars as well the manager assisted us with both of us parking on site (useful as there was no parking nearby on the street). The beds were extremely comfortable.
Review 5：Patios unswept. Front patio by entrance had around 8-9 cigarette butts all over it - most unpleasant. Manager came to clean it - picked up two of them by hand and walked off leaving the rest, and all leaves and detritus. Empty beer bottle left in rear patio. No outlooks per se - minimal outdoor furniture (had to carry 2 chairs and table through house to shady rear patio) Had booked lake view months earlier but switched on arrival to back apartment with internal carpark view.

Review 7：No staff at all. Reception is basically a kiosk with computer screen and a phone and you just put your details and and credit card number and slot gives you the room keys. So don't be fooled by the "24 hour reception" promise. Very rude person on phone; We initially called from the car to ask for the location as the tomtom didn't show the property number on the map, instead of giving us direction, she said: Don't you have the address of the property and asked me to repeat the address on phone. She always sounded grumpy on phone when ever we spoke later. We had 3 nights booking and we had to leave on the second evening it self and I sent a text to the mobile number provided to request email me the receipt and next morning I got a reply saying, "you woke me up last night with your text message"! (I used text and not phone to not disturb and it was around 10ish pm. This is their 24 hour reception service for you!!) The apartments are all 2 floors so bedrooms are upstairs so difficult to contain little kids. Carpets are all dirty and with stains. The bathrooms could do with some mold removing in the corners. There is enough weed in the small front yard which has grown so much that it actually covers the path all the way up to the lounge window. Free wifi is a joke, wouldn't even cross 1mbps download speed on speedtest.net. I WOULDN'T STAY HERE AGAIN.

Review 11：That the stove didnt work and apparently it hadnt been for awhile. Light in second bathroom wasnt working. Ended up talking to cleaning staff day 3 and they fixed. Already notified. Please note though that after my complaint the stove was fixed the same day which was appreciated.The self service didnt give us our room keys (this happened to the other couple that stayed there as well.. Glenda though was very helpful and at lease we got a card for room entry. Lucky though she was there at the time. Must be tiring for her when the system seems a bit unreliable. Needs attention
Review 12：It was spacious and close to shops. Overall we were happy with our stay. Would recommend to others. Needed to give honest feedback in regards to room probs. but staff were very helpful which was appreciated.

Review 19：I will never ever want to stay in unit 1 again. Wow the street noise was so loud. It was a Saturday night and the trucks, cars and occasional drunk walking past kept us awake. The next night it was better. Maybe install double glazed windows? But then that may be hard to do with sliding doors.

Review 21：reception lady was rude because I arrived at 11.15am , Wi-Fi BAD, spider webs in toilet and bedrooms, we had to kill a spider that was in our bed, Biscuit box left on the table outside. Car parking was bad as had to fight to get car up drive way cars parked on the side of drive way.

Review 31：basic cleaning was good, but people before us had children and there was a lot of grubby marks on the walls and windows which spoilt the view, but that was quickly seen to when we phoned up. bedrooms were upstairs and with an elderly father who can't get up stairs was a problem. all good apart from that!

The carpark lock device wasn't working either which was a disappointment. While it wasn't a major issue for us because there were only two of us, I must say the bathroom was really tiny.
Review 101：The views from the bedroom of the room was fantastic. And it ws great that the apartment was very near to city centre. The facilities in the apartment were good. There was even a washing machine n dryer. I also liked the fact that check in and out were self serviced. The check in time of 11am is also excellent.

There was also a curious latch on the *outside* of the bathroom door. If one were so inclined, one could lock someone in the bathroom using the latch, and that was kind of creepy.
