Review 1：Price too high for a 20 sq meters room: 150 USD Per night.

Review 2：Really nice and convenient hotel, good breakfast, comfortable rooms, wonderful spa and good gym. Also very well located close to town's center.

Review 5：This was one of the best hotel rooms in which I ever slept. A bit too luxury for my taste, actually. :-) Very nice hotel staff (I made a mistake when making the booking but it was sorted for me at reception, no problem), spacious and really nicely decorated room, with a tango wallpaper on one of the walls.

Review 10：Fails on the basics. 1. The beds- two single beds were pushed together in the junior suite. Not only that but the mattresses would not stay in one place so we had a huge gap between mattresses and had to keep getting up in the night to put them back in place and re- cover them with the sheets. Really poor. 2. Decor is really garish (a matter of taste I suppose.) 3. No tea or coffee making facilities 4. Wifi was useless. Dropped off every minute or so. Would not be suitable for business use. 5. Tiny rubbish travel hair dryer in room - no excuse for that! Put a proper one in! 6. Breakfast was mediocre 7. Toiletries in bathroom - tiny tiny little tubes, no hair conditioner! Overall, looks like all the effort for the refurbishment was spent on decor (which isn't very nice and dating badly) and not enough effort put into the basics which make a good hotel. Decent beds and minimal facilities including functional wifi are a must. There's no point in having your orange juice dispensed by an iPad if you have to wake up five times a night to put your bed back together !

Review 13：The hotel have managed to create a friendly and social lobby, with bar and food that works as a real cafe. Not normal to see. They are open late, and it is quite busy, also with locals visiting.

Exceptional staff! They are professional and friendly with a warm smile. Made us feel very welcome. Went way above and beyond our expectations, making sure our stay at the hotel was comfortable and pleasant. All the staff were lovely, the front desk/ cafeteria staff Lisalotte, Moa and David were always there catering to our needs, Linn took care of us at the restaurant/bar, but special thanks goes to Frida, who personally handled all our logistics, room arrangements, and promptly provided solutions to any issues.

Review 16：The giant bed filled a big part of the room. It is easy to imagine that the cleaning does not reach the whole of the bed and the back of it. At least the cleaning lady is in trouble. I first had trouble getting the tv to work.

Review 27：- Too expensive (and high price not including free parking) - although very nice looking the chairs in the room and in the restaurant were not very comfortable to sit on. - Poor internet reception - Poor TV reception and no explanation in the room on how to manage the tv (with the two remote controlls). - Breakfast was simply awfull and shocking. There was hardly any food when we came (07:45 AM). The food serving table was a real mess, like wild animals had been running over it. No staff available to prepare more food, they came in at 08:15 and it took them too long to get food back on the table. This was the worst breakfast experience we ever had in any hotell. And we stayed in many (mostly cheaper) hotels!

Review 29：the toilet at the lobby were horrible and looked like it hasn't been cleaned for at least 2 days. bathroom not that convenient, rooms are nice but pretty small for the standard, pretty pricey. Internet connection not stable, i stayed there on a Sunday to chill and use the spa, TV was freezing every 3 seconds (satellite) even if the weather was really nice and no clouds in the sky. Went to the spa at 8pm and it was very dirty with dirty towels and empty botlles and rest of snacks all over the place even in the sauna, probably used by a group just before. Luckily there is another brand new 4stars hotel with spa where i would prefer to go next time
