Review 2：this hotel is a comfort hotel for relaxing and shopping.some of best restaurants are near hotel and also hotel has a good restaurant with live music.akbati mall is in front of hotel.akbati mall is famous shopping mall in istanbul full of brands.hotel has great staff and all of them are smily and friendly. i think they are some of bests in istanbul.MR.murat in reception and MR.murat in security are two great man there.how can i describe the hotel? because all in hotel is great.facilities-staff-service and ... was great. breakfast is also great .hotel has beauty pool and roof top with great view. there is a clean and quite spa with great staff. donot miss it.i love it. if you want to relax and use good restaurants and have a great shopping in istanbul stay in this hotel for 3-4 days and enjoy.

Review 4：Friendly staffs, specially a small girl receptionist Gamze. the rest hotel is clean, comfort and near the big mall akbati. Much shops, restaurant and cafe.

Review 5：I went offsite for dinner, which was probably a mistake as apart from the shopping complex across the street where there are a number of mediocre fast food joints there doesn't seem to be anywhere to eat nearby. Given that breakfast was so competent, I'd probably have done better eating in the hotel.

Review 6：I had a huge corner room on the 11th floor which in London or new York would have been $500 a night but here was a tenth of that. Decent wifi, good and ample breakfast, helpful staff, massage and spa treatments on site, really hard to fault. Half an hour or so to the airport.

Review 9：the room was not the size that we have booked. the barman spilled a glass of juce all over my computer and all the he did was say "O, IM SORRY". the air conditioner did not work in the room so they replaced our room to a room that was smaller and not clean at all. over all score, VERY BAD SERVICE AND NO SATISFACTION OF VALUE FOR MONEY.

Review 10：Travelers should keep in mind, that in certain time of the day it is hard to reach an airport from the Hotel.The traffic on TEM is really bad and it is getting worth each year.

Review 12：Nice, spacy rooms. Almost new Hotel. spacy and relaxing breakfast/dinner area. no hazzles even the Hotel was ighly frequented. Huge Spa with latest Equipment. Quiet and Relaxing. Just 50 meters to the huge new Shopping mall. Very freindly staff, always helpfull to get a taxi or to arrange whatever you Need.

Review 14：The location was suitable for me. There is a huge mall opposite to the hotel and many fine restaurants nearby.

Review 15：I have asked a taxi driver and they have called for me a man who arrived 10 minutes later, he did not have GPS; he argued on the road with another driver and wanted to stop in the middle of the highway to fight with him. Then he got lost and took 40 minutes to make 5 km and asked me 70 lt. Well. I guess it is not hotel fault, but I recommend them to not to call anymore this "person"/taxi company for their guests.

Review 17：It's a bit far from the centre of the city (old bazaar and blue mosque ) but it wasn't really an issue for us since the time of our trip I was carrying and needed to relax than hang around, so we just dedicated a day for shopping and seeing the main touristic places which again was arranged by the hotel staffs for a taxi pick up and drop in the evening.

Review 18：Every single thing from receiving the guest with a warming smile, helping them with the baggages to helping with arranging a taxi for the sight seeing at a very reasonable fare. I thank Mr. YAKAS (forgot his first name) for upgrading our normal double room to a free "Junior Suite" seeing us traveling with a 6 year old kid. Right in front of the hotel is a huge mall 'Akbati mall" where we had our lunch and dinner in their food court on the 3rd floor...practically all days throughout our 6 day stay at this hotel. Also nearby are departmental stores for all the basic needs especially when you have a junior suite room with kitchen and fridge its more economic to get a simple dinner done thanks to these nearby stores. Excellent breakfast and wifi connections. The spa facilities are great...only the massage they charge, other than that swimming pool, gym, hammam and sauna are all free. Over all its the best place to stay and relax especially for families travelling with young kids.

Bus station is near the hotel.

The rooms are very clean and nice ,The hotel is just in front of AkBati Mall which is considered to be a classy mall.The area is not far from the airport in a nice neighbourhood shops,and restaurants . far from Istanbul down town where you can reach by taxi or metro bus ..you can spend quite a few days here ,if you are seeking relax where they have a covered pool and spa ..nice hotel overall .
