Review 1：I did not like that to get a parking pass I had to be made to feel guilty that I did not want to take a time share tour. There's no need to send your guests to the back desk, just tell me its there if I am interested...

Review 2：Rec room for kids was great but supervision lacked on those that were in there w/o their parents.

Review 3：I wish the lazy river and Jacuzzi stayed open later.I had guess that arrived at 9pm and the pool,lazy river and Jacuzzi closed at 10pm.

Review 19：We were expecting a lot nicer place for the money that we paid per night. The resort is a ways out of town. The rooms were older and nor very clean. The bedding was older as well. Supposedly, they are upgrading all the rooms throughout 2015. We had a unit by the tennis courts and it was very noisy day and night.

Review 23：Snack bar is ok but a good restaurant on property would be nice. Check in was difficult because the computer gave us a handy-capped room and would not let us change it. We are not handy-capped. 3 hours after we were in our room they offered us a room on the 4th floor because they needed the our room for another guest. Our dishwasher was not working properly and after running the dishes through twice I reported it to the desk. They had to install a new dishwasher on the evening of our anniversary.

Review 24：The pools, hot tubs, and the lazy river was just what we needed for a relaxing anniversary. Kitchen was well stocked thankfully because we cooked the whole trip . Loved the balcony with the grill and the water view. The grounds were well kept and beautiful with birds and wildlife.

Review 28：Worldmark Indio is a great place to go and settle in for a few days. There is no need to leave the property due to the variety of activities offered....swimming areas, rec room, theater, market, Starbucks. Our family enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere!

Review 29：The pools along with the lazy river had beer bottles all around them even though it was clearly posted that there was no alcoholic beverages permitted. Also when we checked in they had owners waiting for room to be ready and housing their guests food so it wouldn't spoil until the their room was ready. In addition when we arrived they said we didn't book ..we're we sure that we did. My husband had to email Humberto our reservation to prove that we did book. After all that they still attempted to make us wait for a room. My husband asked for a Manager and insisted after 30 mins of trying to find our reservation that we need our room now. The manager finally accommodated us.

Review 31：Checkout is too early and check-in is too late. One of the times I stayed at your location, I got my room at 6:30 and I requested a late check-out and I was told that I could not get a late check-out. Also I requested a downstairs unit and got an upstairs unit.

Review 33：After the first night my son woke up to a bug on his bedroom wall, it was a roach. I looked around the condo and did find another one in the pantry. Maintenance came and sprayed twice during our stay but we probably killed about two dozen roaches within our three night stay.

Review 34：Checking in took over an hour, then I had to go to a separate desk for a parking permit, where they want you to sign up for a timeshare presentation. The guy was pushy and rude when I explained we weren't interested. After driving for 3 hours, and spending an hour+ in line while my husband had 2 kids in the car he should have been much more understanding and professional. The kiddie pools don't really have shade and don't have any lights for swimming at night. In fact, ALL the pool areas need more shade. It was over 100 every day and even when you're swimming you need to be able to get out of the sun for a few minutes.

Review 35：Pools for little kids are clean and well laid out. Rooms are clean and well stocked with most needed supplies, especially for families that like to cook their meals. Property is very quiet and patios face the courtyard so it feels far removed from city noise. TV in each room. Easy to get extra supplies as needed.

Review 91：i loved this place, i went with a bunch of friends with were 10 people and we all had an amazing time, place was beautiful and the rooms were amazing. we stayed in a two bedroom house and it was amazing. Kitchen was great, and staff were amazing. I'm so happy i chose this place.

Review 92：The lady at the spa was less than polite when my girlfriends and Istopped in to see if we would be able to get facials that day. We didnot make an appointment but wanted to check availability. She laughedand repeated "no no no no, you should have planned thisbetter". Besides this there was a mix up in check out times and thehouse keeping was very unpleasant when they found we were still in ourroom past check out time. We did not realize the time share group hadlater check out and we were in a paid room while half of our group wastime share. As soon as we realized the mix up we hurried to leave whilethe housekeeping staff kept hounding us to get out.

Review 93：The rooms were great as well as the pool/ rec center. We hadeverything we needed and once we stocked up on groceries had noreason to leave.

Review 94：The doors make a lot of noise when opening or closing. Also, the murphy bed was uncomfortable becaue there was a lot of noise when turning around or moving.

Review 96：we were travelling with family, staying in a different unit which was not ready on time. When we got their keys, and headed over to their unit, we saw several (7 to 10?) bags of trash and linens right in front of the door -- not a great welcome after a long day of travel. Also, during check in, we felt pressure from several employees to take part in the time share presentation and provide personal information on our income, etc which was super unpleasant as we were not there for a sales pitch but simply to relax.

Review 97：the grounds are beautiful, and the pool area was well kept -- the lazy river was a favorite, and we especially loved the misters that were placed around the property. We also appreciated the ducks, rabbits, etc that were living on the grounds.

Review 98：Living room/kitchen/dining room of suite were very dark,furniture fabric was stained, one remote was missing, too much lightcame through bedroom blinds (need better blinds or curtains over them).

Review 100：It's run like a prison camp. Extremely unwelcoming. The multiple security checkpoints and flashlights shining in your face are very abrasive and do not make your feel "relaxed" at all. The checkout time on the confirmation is deceiving. For the high price we paid for the room (almost $600/night), you would think they'd treat their customers better.

Review 101：Need salt and pepper in each unit. Several of the gates would not accept magnetic key and even on our unit door. Should give out card hold when registering to avoid de-magnetization.

Review 103：Smoking should not be permitted. When it is allowed on the balconies, the horrible smoke stinks fup everyone else's air. Several times we needed to retreat into our suite to get away from the smell of smoke. I was shocked that in California such a thing would be permitted. For this reason I would not recommend World Mark to anyone.
