Review 1：There are a lot of points that go into the favor. The location of AtSea is very eady to find, just on main road. The condos have everything you might need for a long stay and Mr. Alex and family are pure delight. He doesn't have no for an answer. He is very honest, so my advice to first time travellers is to put total trust in him and take his advice for arranging tours, places to visit etc. The rates are reasonable, be it condos, the tour charge (Mr. Alex gives discount as well, if you ask nicely), car rental or nearby massage parlours. There is a Seven11 nearby and lots of currency exchanges which give good rates. Our if you are carrying your debit card then atms are also there. Abother point that many others have also said is to hire a Longtail boat rather than going on speed boat. You will get a more personalized treatment. Got to spend more time at places you like or discover new territories.
Review 2：The massage recommended by Alex (located very near to seacondotel) was not up to our expectations. For better massage services, I'd recommend going to krabi town instead and do spend a day there as taxi fares to and fro are very costly.
Review 3：A pamphlet filled with information regarding various tours was provided so it was really easy planning our itinerary. We liked the spaciousness of the apartment as well. And the warm hospitality by Alex and his lovely family

Review 5：The apartment had an good view on the beach. The location is suburb if you like quiet areas, since it's walking distance to good restaurants and the beach. It felt like coming home at my family's place. Alex and family provided everything we needed and more. Thomas the driver gave us good advice about the area and we had a nice trip to the tiger cave temple. Alex's wife came over to bring bananas. A sweet gesture which was very much appreciated. The wifi was really strong (better than at my place :-))

Review 7：Spacious and excellent treatment from Alex and family. When we booked the place we know already that we want to stay in the spacious apartment, self service with nice view and quiet surrounding. So we rented a car that make us mobile and can enjoy the beauty of Krabi from one side to the other one. Special thanks to Alex who is very knowledgeable on the area and very swift for all the request. Value for money.

Review 12：I didn't understand that there are no means to pay a bill by credit card at an apartment complex these days. I ended up paying by PayPal which was OK I suppose; just not what one expects when staying in a complex like @Sea Condotel.
Review 13：Everything was fine really. Nice largeish apartment with a great view of the Andaman Sea. Alex, the Thai man who runs the apartment block was helpful, as were the rest of his family. Overall, the party of three of us were satisfied and comfortable at the apartment for five nights.
Review 14：The staffs are really nice. The place is about 5 minutes walk from the beach and there are some good restaurants nearby. This hotel is really close to Hongs islands which is a must go place if you travel to Krabi.

Review 16：What i like here is the enormous room and a supper stunning view with the cheap price that you can't expect. At fist I saw the room I have to looking at my booking that it's true that this room only 3000 or 4000 something per night coz it have 2 bed room , 1 living room , 2 bathroom and 1 kitchen room.More over , everything in the room are furnished and have all equipment for you such as washing machine, microwave , refrigerator and many. Then What you want more !! I would recommend if you are family or the group of friend here is suitable for you guys or even a couple(ps. Room 21 in A building is stunning view ). Everything is Exceptional especially Ms.Karn who take care this property , she take a good care for our family, I will back there again in the future soon.
