Review 1：Terrible customer service, we stayed for 2 nights they didn't clean our room and beds.When we ask them to clean up room,they told us they couldn't do it. And the manager got all mad and start insulting us.
Review 2：smelled like cigarette smoke, bed was very creaky, tv was faulty and wouldnt change channels. Only 2 towels provided and you know youre in the hood when everything is chained down and they slip you the tv remote under the glass window where you check in. I also found it strange that she asked me to "go check out the room" before i paid for it.

Review 6：the furniture is the main issue it is old and does not fit well in the potential quality of the rooms. Fine for a single night. Also not a lot of attention to detail, a cart of undone laundry was left in the stair way for example.

Review 11：We made a reservation for non-smoking room. They gave us a smoking room, which smelled horrible. They could't give us another because they were full. At 9 p.m. when we arrived they told us we can go to a different motel. Whith kids at night in LA whithout a reservation??? The toilet didn't work, the television didn't work. It was a verry unpleasant stay. And the equipment of the room was much worse compared with the photos showed at the reservation site. A terrible value for money.
Review 12：There is a lot of prostitution going on right outside the hotel. Some of the guests looked like they had just gotten picked up. I had my 4 year old with me and it was a very uncomfortable and scary situation. Rooms had blood on towels and walls.

Review 19：The smoke detector is missing. The ac unit did not work and had nocontrols. The floor was severely cracked. The toilet paper roll holderwas coming off the wall. There was no light in the bathroom. Thebathroom was not cleaned from the previous tenant. The couch was filthywith stains. The shower head was poorly installed and"siliconed" into place with poor workmanship. The curtainslooked like they had blood all over them. The comforter was stained ..and the sheets had holes in them. The list goes on and on ... the myfavorite part, being asked if I need "sex stuff" from theprostitutes every time I came and left. I took pictures of all of it aswell if anyone else would like to see them.
Review 20：The place needs some attention. There were no towel racks and one towel was provided. When you offer 2 beds wouldn't you expect at least 3 towels. The beds were ok and shower control fell off. The Toilet seat was barely connected...

Review 28：Where do I start? I'm African American. So when I walked up to the counter the they thought I was one of the locals. So The rent went up to $95 when they saw me.I said I have a reservation. The lady yelled at me that we don't have any more rooms at that price. so I call the 800 number for booking.com they apparently went to bat for me and got me into the room at the agreed upon rate of 74.10. So I get back to the hotel because they threaten to call the police if I stay there while I was trying to get booking.com on the phone and that $74.10 went up to $75. I ask the new lady at the window now why? and she said Oh we round up. So the room was nasty there was a single recliner with a footstool. the foot stool look like Pig pen slept on it. The bath towels look like they'd been chewed on and so did the face towels. and finally the cable did not work. So when I call down they blamed me, and instructed me on how to fix the TV over the phone.

Review 30：The shower curtain for one, was flipped inside out so when in the shower the curtain was extremely dirty. 2nd thing was i asked for a none smoking room and the room smelt like a bed of cigarettes, plus to find a bunch of lil burnt holes in the blankets which looked like burnt cigarette holes. Fiancé & i ususlly take different blankets though so wasn't too big a deal on that part.

It's behind a gated fence reminding me of being in a prison yard. We stayed on a Saturday night didn't have time to look into getting another place to stay. The room was filthy. No towels, No pillow cases on the bed. Only 2 flat pillows for a king size bed. Writing on the head board from previous occupant. No TV service, Burnt out light bulb over the sink, No toilet paper, the lounge chair had stains all over it. I would never stay at this place again. So disgusting. The management staff there was also very rude & unprofessional.

There was no Microwave or Refrigerator In the room and these days most If not all Motel Rooms have these inside. I checked out the room, it did not smellof smoke and it had tile floor so I went a head and stayed. When Ireturned the second night they had changed the room card acess so Icould not acces my room, when I finally got it changed, I found thatthey left no towels in the room. Not even the dirty ones. It was one ofthe cheaper hotels in the area, but I have stayed at cheaper hotels inother areas with much better results.

When I asked about the waiting room was told the handle to the door is broke from inside and it doesn't open!!! Mold in the restroom Strong odor in the room. No towels. You have to beg for them! and you get the runaround that they left some in the room even though I was told they don't come in the room because we have our own clothes! Not even for cleaning and we stayed for 3 nights...eventually got 3 half towels for 4 people No working TV!!! Filthy mattresses.

Review 91：I knew this was going to be a cheap motel when I got there, but I didn't realize how bad! The floor turned our feet BLACK! And the toilet seat was broken. The chair in the corner had a broken leg. The chair in the room had the arm ripped off! It's on prostitute avenue. My brother in law got a blanket with a huge yellow stain on it! They forgot to clean our room the first day! The second day they cleaned it but forgot to give us towels. The shower curtain was black and filthy. No breakfast, no pool. I will never return here. And You have to talk to the staff through a glass window.

Review 112：I generally don't fill out surveys but in this case, in the interestof public safety I am taking the time to submit my comments. When youapproach a hotel late at night and the only way to check in is through abullet proof window with a slot at the bottom to pass your credit card,you know you are in trouble. Then when you are asked to sign anagreement that the room will not be used for drugs, prositution, illegalactivity and told that after 10 minutes of seeing the room you cannotchange your mind; then you know you are absolutely in trouble and youstart praying.. And then you get a "real" NOT, sense of security when you see the signs stating the place is video taped and it's surrounded by a 10 foot gate system that you have to use your hotel room card to get into the locked fortress, you start crying. My daughter and I came in on a late flight [1:00 am in the morning] from the east coast to LA to visit UCLA. I had made the reservation via the internet and never saw any niegative comments and thought, well, for once, I am going to take a chance.....BIG BAD MISTAKE!!! We had no where else to go so we passed through the locked gate, and locked ourselves in the room until daylight.....at which time we got the hell out of there. I hardly slept and didn't even bother changing or bringing anything to the room other than a tooth brush and soap. WORST NIGHT OF OUR LIVES!!! My teenage daughter was so frightened she slept with me. Afterwards, we threw all of our clothes away that we wore into the room.
