Review 1：Old furniture Suite washroom with damaged exhaust fan resulted whole suite to be full of smell. Called for maintenance several times but nothing happened. Damage wash basin in the washroom Sleepless nights due to the excessive noise from the maintenance works happening in the hotel. Countless calls to hotel reception and every single time they said we will take care but regretfully nothing changed. (Countless calls were unanswered too) Recommended: No

Review 2：Lot of parking space (basement parking is a plus feature in that congested area), especially for the people visiting Medina in their personal vehicles. Although you are charged with a handsome amount of money for rent but parking slot is NOT free. You step down from the hotel and you will find yourself in Haram (Masjid). I loved it and my family loved it too.

They do not have any cateria or eating place in the hotel.

Review 17：The assigned suite# 226 was full of broken furniture smelly toilets faulty heating sysytem. It seems the worst suite of the hotel. When complain to the reception, they reverted with "OK" Pathetic house keeping gave broken iron that without iron board.

Review 41：Great location!! V near to the women's entrance to the grand mosque. V convenient for families with elderly women and young kids. V near to Bin Dawood supermarket, KFC, house of donuts and lots of shopping at the basement. Loved the fact that our family of 8(4 adults n 4 kids) can be in one apartment with 2 bedrooms n a living room. The kitchen has the cooking utensils a family needs, a fridge and washing machine! Best to hv your clothes washed first before proceeding to Makkah. It's more economical that way.

Review 42：Rooms were run down and in a bad shape. There were bed bugs in one bed room. My daughter got bed bug stings all over her body. Most of the kitchen appliances were not working. WIFI was also not working.

Review 53：I booked a city view suite and they gave me a suite with no view at all. Secondly I had issue with water leaking fucets in toilets. The bangali room service staff is supportive if you tip them well. I requested 2 hours late checkout at the time of booking. I checked in late at 9pm and requested late checkout at the reception as well. After some discussion the receptionist agreed for checkout by 4:30PM. Offical checkout time in my booking was 2pm. On the last day I started receiving calls from the reception that we should checkout at 2pm. There were several calls for the same matter which was a big disappointment.I kept explaining them that I requested late checkout and it was already agreed but they were not listening. One of them claiming himself as manager told me that official checkout time is 12pm. Finally at 3PM I called the reception to send someone to take my luggage and after asking them twice the bellboy came at 4pm.

Review 100：It was very old and dirty. The furniture was mostly damaged and very old. The bathroom towels were dirty and the staff was indifferent and barely around. The elevators were not working properly.

Review 101：Everything was so bad. From all sttaf to the hotel facilities. Firstly, at check in, I stayed around 1 hour at the reciption because they couldn't find my reservation. They are not quilefied. In my room, I tried to call the reciption, but they don't want to answer!!! Although the room was specias, the appliances and tools were awful and have bad smile. If I cone back to Almadinah, I'll not stay again in this hotel. Shortly, one star rank is too much for it. فندق رديء للغاية. بداية من موظفي الاستقبال الى مرافق الفندق. بدايةً مع موظفي الاستقبال، جلست انتظر قرابة الساعة لكي يجدوا حجزي حيث انهم غير مؤهلين نهائياً. عندما كنت في الغرفة، حاولت مرارً الاتصال على الاستقبال ولكن لايريدون الرد!! بالرغم ان الغرفة واسعة الا أن أثاثها وأدواتها بها رائحة كريهة خصوصاً أدوات المطبخ. عند عودتي للمدينة فلن احجز في هذا الفندق نهائياً. باختصار، نجمة واحدة لهذا الفندق كثيرة فيه..

Review 110：Furnitures too old and no longer in vogue.Room cleaning only once of the three nights I stayed.Most disappointing was lack STC MOBILE NETWORK the first thirty hrs was total madness as I have to exit entire building to make/pick calls.Until I changed to Zain which was not perfect but enough to keep me in the room to use my phone.
