Review 1：Late check-in Phone #s were incorrect on Email confirmation. Key cards were old and out of date. Was very difficult to enter the unit. In some cases, it took 5 minutes or more. Very frustrating.

Review 2：Clean and was very convenient to location

Review 3：Tv didn't work, upstairs smelled really bad and required ventilation for two days to improve and 2 hangers in the whole place. It was ok but not a destination worth travelling to. The unit was very outdated and felt unclean.

Review 13：the unit we were in had a bedroom backing onto a very busy road with traffic noises all the time. As well we noted many areas such as bathrooms that were showing their age with the sink had rust stains etc. Did not like the stairs at all.

Review 17：The apartments are located on a golf course. Very well maintained area. Access to two pools and laundry rooms. Close to shopping facilities. Close to Yoshua Tree National Park. Wished we had booked more days.

Review 24：My neighbor screwed my family's vacation on the weekend. They were about 20 people and a dog in the unit and had a party in the room and back yard. They had 6 cars parking even in front of my unit, so I had to parking to little far. However, my sister found one of their kid play with my daughter's pool toy, and I realized they took my daugher's pool stuff away. So, I went there to got my stuff back, but non of adult in the unit appologized. At 11: 45pm. one of boy from the unit wake all of us up to rang my unit bell. When we got out to the door his parent saw us. So, I told him you guys so annoyed. But boy's father said you are annoy too. Even I couldn't sleep back caused their dog kept barked.

Review 25：No washer an dryer hook up inside unit . front office is not 24hrs once the office closes tents go up an boom boxes come out very loud at night i didn get no sleep secrity never came around only saw them in the day time i was done when security was driving their carts an playing music too . missing blinds on windows

The unit was old, it smelled like they had sprayed something on the carpets to get rid of odours but the odour was so overbearing. We couldn't spend any time in the unit. We had to sleep with the windows open to get fresh air. The bathroom was old and disgusting! The tub was all rusty. Was looking forward to sitting out on the patio in the mornings with my coffee but the patio faced the parking lot and at first we had no patio furniture to sit on until we asked for some. The pool was very old and we used it only once. I felt like we were staying in some old army barracks as that is what the units looked like. Didn't feel like I was on a nice vacation. Would never stay here again.

Review 35：Our there door cards ceased functioning after 3 of our 5 nights stay and we had to get help after hours. Help came very promptly; however one of us had to stay behind until after 9AM the next morning to get our cards reactivated.

Review 41：When we arrived, there was no reservation which I had made in June. 1st I had ask for a bottom floor, we were going to be put in an upstairs. 2nd was a room so hot it was litterally like an oven, 3rd room wasn't clean, 4th we finally got into and got to sleep after an 8 hr drive. The moving to different rooms was terrible as we had a disabled person with us that was having a great deal of pain just walking.

The condo was small, but comfortable, well equipped with all you need to cook and get by if there for a long stay. The room was very clean when we got there. The bathroom had a bad musty smell though, but it was clean. Mattresses on all three beds were very comfortable.

Review 87：Wi-fi was sporadic. The router was located in different unit so rebooting it required calling staff and waiting for it to be done. Bed sheets were so thin they looked like they might rip, minimal amounts of crockery and cutlery. People in the unit next door were smokers and the smoke drifted in through the patio doors. No washer/dryer unit.

The second thing we loved is that we went there so that the kidscould swim all weekend and we ended up owning the pool - no other guestsused the pool the entire weekend!

Review 95：We went for Coachella. It was the perfect location for that. We enjoyed the layout with 2 bedrooms & the kitchen was very well equipped. We were very happy there, enjoyed the pool, the staff was super nice & helpful. The weather was PERFECT & we didn't want to leave.

Review 96：The actual rooms were just a bit on the worn side. Nice enough for the four of us who were two 61 year olds, our daughter and her daughter but if it would have been just the two of us we would have looked for an upgraded property.
