Review 1：Very low service , room are not clean, noisy due to airport runways. They are charging extra 50 dollars per day just for deposit. Stuff are not polite . Nothing to recommend .

Review 9：Dining room (Landings) staff who watched me constantly whilst eating breakfast. I sat with my mother who was on an organised trip. I originally only wanted a cup of tea but ended up totally embarassed.

Review 10：Space, quiet, comfy bed and pillows. Happy guy at check-in and extremely helpful concierge who helped with my parcel posting on a Sunday.

Review 11：My room was not cleaned. There was long black hair in the tub. Obviously furniture was vacuumed AROUND not under. The new flat screen T.V. completely blocked the mirror. This shows a lack of attention to detail and it looked downright dumb. Who is managing these purchases? I imagine many T.V.'s were purchased and none of them "fit" properly in the rooms.

Review 12：Brian at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Landscaping was well done and well maintained.

Review 13：There were stains on our room carpet. Big stains that were very noticeable. No business room where computer is available to use for printing. Also when visiting the resturaunt for breakfast we used the salt shaker, then we noticed small black things it the shaker which turned out to be bugs. We had eaten our food already. When we notified the staff they shrugged it off and didn't even offer a discount for the disgusting inconvenience.

Review 15：Cleanliness of room in main bldg. There were huge stains on the carpet. Also needed upgraded.

Review 19：Extra parking fee is charged. During our stay there was a private party in one of the conference rooms / ballrooms with loud music even after 10:30 pm. We complained about that, and got a slight discount on our invoice. However, management should have known about that party and should not have offered us a room close to the ballroom (... since we were with children at check in). Since the hotel is beside the airport, serveral airplane-noises are present all the time.

Review 20：The first day we arrived, we had major problems with the staff. We had to wait one hour and a half to get our room. I was not pleased at all since we traveled for many hours. The wifi is slow and terrible. I was very disappointed. The parking was not a great deal. The breakfast was expensive.

Review 24：The only thing we did not like/agree with was the extra cost of parking. We were surprised by the cost the first time but knew it was coming the second time around and we were ready for it.

Review 25：My kids love the pool and the wife and I love the hot tub! The hot tub was the highlight of our trip. This is our second time staying here and will be back here every time we come to the area.

Review 26：The hotel did not have my reservation on file. Luckily I had all the confirmations on my phone. We did not get the type of room requested because of this. We checked in around 11pm and when we went to our room, neither of the beds were made (we asked for a kind by the way) so at 11 at night I was making our own bed. I took pictures and showed it to them the next day.

Review 29：The room was clean and large, very comfortable. The hallways were confusing. Staff should have informed me to follow signs to room. The restaurant's breakfast was good but not outstanding.

Review 30：About rolled off the bed the first night. When I examined the bed itself in the morning, I discovered that the box springs were BROKEN. Wood sticking out of the fabric broken. They moved us to another room, but gave us nothing for our trouble, and the second room didn't have a full shower, just a wheelchair accessible wand. No free parking. At all.

Review 32：The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. I'm a woman traveling alone and I felt safe there. The size of the room was great--very roomy. My only criticism is that the room could use a little updating. But that being said, I'd definitely stay there again.

She got confused and stared at me so a mgr had to step in and correct everything. Room very old. AC unit didn't work so room hot & stuffy. Daily parking $12 + tax. Key didn't work twice and had to get reprogrammed, very inconvenient. Had always stayed while visiting relatives but will definitely look for different hotel in future. Unfortunately too rundown now. It's a shame!

Review 39：The hotel staff was not very friendly about my emotional support service dog. He said unless someone is blind and need a dog to perform a task; but I have Doctor's prescription and my dog was accepted by all other hotels including Rize Carlson etc.

Review 45：We waiting forty minutes in the lobby to get checked in due to nobody being at the front desk and an excessive line at 12:30 am. We were exhausted from a 10 Hour drive. Upon check in we saw two other families complaining about how they have been to 3 different rooms and their key cards not working..the last night we stayed their our key card stopped working so since we were in the building next door we had to go back down the main floor get back in our car and drive to front desk and get the key fixed and front desk was very rude.

Review 47：We booked a 2 bed suite, when we arrived we were given a 1 bed suite. I asked for a room change or a cot to be brought up for my daughter. They told me that she could sleep on the sofa, a "sofa" that measured 3 feet long, she is 5'7. When they finally brought up what should have been a cot, they brought a crib. My husband explained that we didn't need a crib, the bell man told him that was all they had. I called down to the desk clerk he said it was a mistake and after almost 2 hrs they finally brought up a cot. The bellman was rude and unapologetic, I'm not sure why they wouldn't just change our room to what I reserved and pre-paid for.
