Review 1：No Rnglish speaking staff No WiFi at bungalows (chalets) Beds not too comfortable

Review 2：Our stay was excellent! We went with a little baby and staied is a boungalow. The service, food, spa offer, swimming pool are very good! People are very nice and do all possible to meet customers' needs. The only weak point is that they do not speak ENglish. Its also a very beautiful area. We had a great time

Review 11：The hotel is not a typical spa that you would recognise from otherparts of the world. This is a medical spa and is not suited to normalclientele looking for a spa break with standard treatments, massage,facials, wraps etc etc. They only had 1 person offering treatments andwere fully booked prior to our arrival. The staff were very nice butspoke no English at all which created difficulties. This caters onlyfor polish and German visitors. The facilities in the chalets are verybasic and in particular the hot water ran out after 2 mins of beingthe shower.

Review 13：We booked the Chalet and I did not know that these were separate from the main house. The beds were pretty old fashion not comparable with the fotos. But for family with litle children this would be a great place, because they have a lovely playground.

Review 14：Nice pool area and good food (breakfast only), because you had to reserve for diner 2 days in advance :-(. No place in walking distant were to get decent food at night.

Review 15：The only small recommendation is that they should have more staff who speak English- though most of their staff are fluent in Polish and German.

Review 16：Everything- the staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The cabins, the pool, bathrooms, tennis court, and grounds were clean and well maintained. They even provided coal for us to make a BBQ on their outdoor grill... excellent service! The beautiful beach was only a 5 min walk. We loved our stay and will definitely visit again and recommend to our family and friends.

Review 17：The food is not top notch. Strange atmosphere, it's like a feeling of both camping site and spa resort. The camping site part of it is still good though.

Not only for local Polish people but also German tourist thishotel is a very nice holiday resort for young and old family. At leastour over 70 year old parents were very happy in our chalet.
