Review 1：The internet was not working I called up the reception & they wanted me to call the internet company myself this is as per their hotel policy which I was not comfortable Hotel provides the internet they are responsible for calling the call centre & getting the complaint resolved.

Review 2：Beds/mattresses need updated. Not very comfortable at all

Review 3：Manager which was a gentleman, was courteous and helpful. Front desk staff as well. The manager was also there for breakfast helping out with even disposing of dirty trash.

Review 4：I think the breakfast and happy hour could be more appealing by losing the styrofoam and plastic and use real silverware and plates, etc. The food might need an upgrade. Not everyone likes fried food.

Review 8：It was a very busy night at the hotel, but the staff was incredibly efficient. And even though it was busy, we did not hear any of the "normal" hotel disturbances...no water running, no conversations in the next room...nothing. It was excellent!

Review 9：The cost. I know it was sweetest day weekend but everyone wasn't there for that reasons my mom passed away and we go to different hotels to celebrate my mom's birthday. There should be a certain price for certain events and charge accordingly.I really love the Drury Inn. I wish you located one here in Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti, you could make LOTS of money. Just with all the games that goes on alone.

Review 10：My over all stay was great. My two sister's and I celebrated my mom's birthday every year and decided to come there. LOVED all the amenities, Wanted to stay longer but could not get another day.You were booked.

Review 12：We stayed in rm. 101. I was concerned that it would be noisy because it's the closest to TGIFriday's, but we didn't hear anything. Room was clean, and I like that you can keep the fan on for background noise. If it was "pet-friendly" (which it was), it didn't smell like a kennel in our room (which I've experienced in other hotels).

Review 21：Great location, easy to get there and nearby. The place is clean, facility modern, comfortable room size and clean bath room. Linen and sheets are clean and fresh. Excellent sound insulation. Good food at 5:30 kickoff hour and excellent breakfast. Staffs at desk very friendly and helpful. Definitely will return next time travel to the area. The rate is a bargain, considering the service provided and time saving!

Review 27：The lady working the front desk during the day made us feel stupid and silly when we asked for a tube of toothpaste. She was not very pleasant to speak with. The room was not very cool, even though we had the A/C on.

Review 28：The hotel was clean and the suite was beautiful and relaxing. The spa tub in the suite was great and the bed was quite comfortable. The cable channels offered were pretty good for a hotel room. When we arrived, the young ladies at the desk we're welcoming and seemed to genuinely care about our stay. The breakfast in the morning was one of the best I've been to!

Review 31：The weekend experience for my "getaway " with my wife was still a great location -shopping and dinning - but the number of children in the pool eliminated swimming as an activity and hall traffic and hall hockey went on way to long into the evening. It is unlikely we will return on a weekend due to noise and over crowing at happy hour and breakfast.

Review 33：Staff was friendly and courteous. The hotel was clean and all over comfortable. We had a small maintenance issue that was addressed within 5 minutes or less. We will be back for future stays!

Review 34：The room was small and smelled bad. The bed felt there were bed bugs in the mattress. The breakfast room was unsupervised and dirty. The floor was sticky with juice and the tables were dirty. Wasn't impressed to use plastic plates, utensils and cups. You need a GPS to find your way around the hotel.

They also offer a guest pantry that was fully stocked in case you might have forgotten something while packing.
