Review 1：The automatic curtains did not work. Room was dingy and dark with less lighting.

Review 2：Location and cleanliness. Found no smell of any pesticides, carpets or paint which is very common in other hotels in the area.Staff generally helpful.

Review 17：DO NOT use free amenities since they are VERY bad quality. I tried to use the razor to shave my mustaches and started bleeding because of it's low quality and so I didn't use afterwards. My wife tried to clean her ear using the cotton swab and it was such a bad quality that cotton stayed in the ear. We had to use other tricks to remove the cotton from her ear.

Review 18：Very courteous staff at every place such as dining area and cleaning. We took longer at breakfast because kids eat slowly. We were NOT pressured to leave. The cleaning staff is very efficient also. Also, food, groceries, money changer, etc is less than a minute walk from the hotel. The room size was little small but it was a high tech room. lights, AC, locks controlled by a touch screen controller.

Review 19：rooms are not very spacious but it's doesn't bother much. parking space is too narrow specially while entering and exiting the area but the best part is that you can avail free parking!

Rooms are super small and no place to just sit down for coffee, lobby lounge is 15 person seating and when tour bus is coming or going no place to sit; internet is intermittent and slow

Review 63：The hotel needs renovation and trained personnel behind the check in check out counter,we booked a triple room but we were given a twin room with a small add on bed when we complained they told us that we have to wait more, after some time the person behind the help desk asked us why we were waiting and arranged for us a triple room quickly ,the standards of accommodation are going down .the spring mattress of one bed was broken and the other bed was moving too much , we stayed for two days nobody cleaned our room , toiletries were not enough for triple room nor were the towels , although we stayed here a number of times in the past but in future we won't be staying here .

No change of sheets or towels. For two days totally unbelievable. They just didn't care.

Bed sheets where not changed, found blood stained injury plaster between bed sheets, unclean, no shampoo or gel, tv not working, loose curtains, run out of some essential breakfast items such as egg, no response from housekeeping and reception. Simply a disaster hotel.

Review 123：The two (Arab) receptionists. Very young and inexperienced in dealing with customers. It's a bad image for the hotel as guests have to encounter them first. I had to wait until the manager (5hrs) to come in order to check in (ridiculous) and my family wasn't the only one.

Bathroom shower area's door was broken and the whole washroom was soaked from anyone showering. During our short stay the came once to check if we need anything and provided only small towels no towels were available for shower. We rang the restaurant more than 100 times to ask for water and they never picked up Wifi was very poor with almost zero connectivity. Not sound proof as we were able to hear a child crying in middle or night till early hours.

Review 133：First of all the staff was very rude. I reached the hotel at 12.30 and I request early check-in at arount 1300-1400. Booking.com did not reply to, so I assume as usual I will get the room as soon I reached there, unfortunately I have to wait till 1500 to get the room. Only the bed was arrange, where the toilet was dirty and no toilet paper. During my not a sigle day, they came to clean my room and the toilet. Regarding the toilet paper, every time I have to run after them to get the toilet paper.
