Review 3：I was in town for the marathon and I had a great overnight say at the Somerset Inn. It was the PERFECT location for me with very easy access to the highway and a great location next to the mall for my evening entertainment. The staff was super friendly and I was very pleased to see that the front desk was manned at 4:45am when I departed for my run! Very impressed overall and I would stay there again.

Review 7：The location. You can walk to Somerset Mall. Check in staff made a mistake on room accommodations and the elevator didn't work to go back down to the front desk. The head of housekeeping came to our rescue, immediately put my party in the correct room size, called the front desk to let them know our new room number and directed us to the service elevator so we could continue on our way. Our new room keys were ready by the time we arrived in the lobby.

Review 10：The bed was not comfortable at all and didnt get much sleep because of it. I was charged a deposit fee when i was told by hotel staff and the website there would be no charge. There was a huge red stain on the bathroom floor that was sticky. Not too impressed for the amount of money spent on a room for a night there. No benchs for outside seating.

Review 39：The room we were given had an interconnecting door. Unfortunately, the person next door was very loud late into the night. He kept us up every night and we could hear every word he said. We would ask for a non interconnecting room next time.

We liked the added touches like the cookies in the evening and free wifi. The hotel is beautiful and the bed was so comfortable. We never heard of Sommerset and were a little reluctant. The next two nights we stayed at a Marriott. It was nice but not as nice as Summerset. Next year when were in the area we would definitely stay at Sommerst

The rooms that were shown on the site and the ones that were offered to me on check-in were totally different. when questioned the hotel staff they refused to answer. the rooms were smelly and there was a bad odour in the room. I walked away from the hotel and they did not care. it is a pity to see the hotel in this state. I would suggest your site should not recommend this hotel and should remove it. the hotel refused to return me my money paid for 2 nights.

Review 108：The room was very dusty - the carpet needed a deep cleaning, and the ventilation system was dirty and noisy. Walls are very thin, and it's too easy to hear what's happening in the hallways and other rooms. On the whole, it isn't great value for money but acceptable.

Review 117：It misses a machine to clean shoes. Location is not a problem specifically of the hotel. As i had forgot my drivers international license I had to stay mainly in the hotel, so far way from everything, except the shopping.
