Review 1：You had to take a taxi to go anywhere. No shuttle bus to the beach (as it was advertised on booking.com). There is not really a playground for the kids. Just 2 very old, rusty and dirty slides.

Review 2：It's a very calm place surrounded by palm trees. Nice staff. Clean. The cook was a very smiley person. He used to give us fruits for our baby.

Review 3：the owner of the spa seemed very arrogant and rude and I even had to witness one of his staff trying fight and punch him while then got stabbed by one of the other staff I am not impressed and would not recommend this place to anyone the rooms were falling apart and the beds were to hard

Review 4：Not too far from the beach although the walk was pretty uninteresting and dangerous.the staff on the whole were very attentive and nice.if you want peace and quiet the south part of the island and is for you

Review 5：Too far away, terras was completely covered (problem for sunbathes), no aircon in livingroom/kitchen, no restaurants at walking distance furniture a bit old

Review 7：All sorts of insects in the villa: ants, cockroaches, spider...When I found the first cockroach I asked the staff to apply pest control. Apparently they did it only in one room only. The villa had 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a livingroom. I found more later... The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Very far from the beach.

Review 9：We booke initially for four nights, stayed for two, yes looked like itwas up hill with views on map, it's base of hill tiniest littlecourtyard, no ventilation in bathroom so opened the bathroom window topeople playing pool right outside, to get into fridge you had to movecoffee table across to bad for anyone on couch, no leg room, thecupboards so skinny you couldn't put your cases anywhere, when youhad a shower the water went all over toilet and floor, we called it thedog box because that's what it felt like

Review 10：it seems not finish or it needs a good renovation, the situation of the swimming ppool with the rooms , the road, the rception and the restaurant is very bad, the beach at 10 minutes walking is ugly, the restaurant is good but very expensive, nothing go really right, it is very far from everything but in fact the problem is koh samui, it has changed a lot and now it is not a really nice place
