Review 1：The entrance could do with some seats to sit and chat and have drinks. Not enough seats in bar area and no staff at the bar had to keep asking at reception

Review 19：very poor service, no wifi, no hairdryer in the room, for 2 days only cold water, unpolite personnel, room not cleaned for 2 days, insufficient staff resources in my opinion this hotel should not be open when everything is not working properely

Review 20：Pending construction / furnituring jobs. No gluten free / lactose free menu Missing basic equipment in rooms i.e. trash, hair dryer, cosmetic mirror. It's not four star hotel due to above mentioned. Three star is max at the moment.
