Review 1：We didn't care much for the pillows, but that was rather minor.
Review 2：Great breakfast, staff was awesome. The restaurant for lunch and dinner had great food. We really enjoyed our stay.
Review 3：This place seems to me more for locals than turists. Staff spoke English, but they did not really help with finding some tour agencies for Pantanal trips. When we were checking out priority was given to a Brazilian customer even though we were there first (the receptionist was starting our check out then this other customer came and he completely ignored us), we found that very strange and mean!

Review 5：O que incomoda bastante é o ar condicionado muito barulhento, as camas não são muito confortáveis, assim como os travesseiros. Nos dias atuais realmente não é necessário trocar as toalhas todos os dias, mas o serviço de quarto deveria ao menos arrumá-las. O elevador é pequeno e demorado.

Review 33：This room had no hairdryer, the previous one had one. Check out is slow, they actually go and check your room while your waiting to check out, just ask what you had from the mini bar and if the room is not satifactory then that's what a credit card is for.
