Review 1：Wonderful resort, hidden from the traffic and the crowd. Spacious, clean and comfortable suites, all with a sea view. Extremely polite and helpful staff. Rich and tasty breakfast. A piece of heaven.

Review 2：Location is 30minutes away from Chaweng Beach but they do provide a shuttle twice a day. Not a real beach as tide was mostly in when we stayed however pool options are superb.

Review 3：The room was amazing - like an apartment and views stunning. Hotel staff very helpful and the Spa was very good.

Review 4：1. delay check-in until 3pm （according to the contract we should check in at 2pm）.For compensation, the hotel promise 4 set meals but actually, we only got 4 dishes including a bowl of rice. 2. Smelly room and noise of air-conditioner 3. The beach is so rocky and muddy. 4. The swimming pool didn't change the water for 4 days I'm not exaggerate,I just tell the facts.

Review 6：Relaxed and quite area, but therefore a bit far away from the rest of koh Samui. Food was good, but prices on the high end. Not able to swim or snorkel in the sea, but you have 3 pools

Review 15：This was our second stay and we love this place. The staff are fantastic, the swimming pools are fantastic, the breakfast is tasty (all Beyond the Sea restaurant food is), the spa is lovely, the 2-bed apartment is awesome, the gardens are beautiful with abundant flora and fauna, the gym has a great running machine. Catch the free shuttle into Lamai or Chaweng for shopping, or rent a motorbike and enjoy the scenery.

Review 16：Location is quite remote and the beach is not very nice. However, renting a car solves most of it, as you can go to other beaches as well as restaurants, etc.

Review 20：Paying 700 baht to use washing machine, its miles cheaper to get a laundry service outside of the hotel to wash and dry your clothes. We paid 120 baht. The toliet door is made of clear glass so you can see your partner on the toilet, if you happen to be in the bedroom which is unpleasant. Only 1 restaurant so not much variety.

Review 21：The deluxe 1 bedroom is 100 sq metres, it was huge, it was fabulous. The kitchen has a large fridge and freezer, oven and microwave so easy to cook for children. There's a large tesco nearby to stock up on food and wine. Pools are a good size. The food at the restaurant is very good and our toddler enjoyed the kids club. Hardly anyone there, which was great made it so relaxing but everyone that was, was super friendly and polite unlike the yobs you can get when staying in Chaweng. We'll definitely be back, brilliant value for money.

Review 22：No beach whatsoever, no swimming in the sea from this location. Restaurant very good but expensive for Thai standards (you're not getting out of there without spending 100 dollars for dinner for 2 more than likely if not more). The worst part was they don't take checkout guests in the free shuttle back to Cheweng beach so you could at least save money on the taxi. You have to use their taxi service or get a local guy to take you there, expect to pay around 30 dollars one way to the airport from this location. When you're spending 200 dollars a night I guess it doesn't matter but still a bit frustrating. Also there are no other real restaurants around this location, nothing to do either. So its either get your own food and cook or just eat at their restaurant.

Review 23：Great place and facilities, the room was excellent and the staff very nice. Pools and facilities were great. The restaurant had a very nice breakfast and it was very good for dinner as well. The fitness room was very good albeit small, but worked out fine. Wifi good not great. Got 4 mb/s download speeds. Overall if you want a high end place to stay in a remote area, this could be your place. If you need the beach you can take the free shuttle to cheweng or lamai beach which are both nice. The free shuttles were always on time and comfortable.

Review 79：this is an epic hotel !! we had two bedroom deluxe villa, it was huge. design was awesome. kitchen was amazing with a dining table. they gave us complimentary food basket twice :) they lit candles in our bathroom when we were out for dinner. the check in was super fast and very very welcoming. staff was great. there was a dinner place five mins from the hotel, fishermens village: the hotel called them and they came to pick us for free. the hotel had excellent activities for all the days esp for the kids. the hotel is just beautiful, the view from the rooms is amazing u feel like u r on the beach when sitting in the gallery. the breakfast was excellent, fresh juices, freshly baked pizzas, the even made a fresh veg pizza just for us. the beachfront is awesome, there are rocks u can sit on. the swimming pools are amazing and huge and have very unique jacuzzis fixed inside. this is the best hotel there could be in koh samui. book this already if u have kids or u dont. its the best deal. so much worth for the money. you could rent books and dvds for free and take to your room. the location was awesome. u ll feel so calm and relaxed, best place to enjoy. u could rent a scooter or car from the hotel and also hotel can plan your tours. the butterfly park was also very near to the hotel

Review 92：The hotel was situated a short ride outside Lamai so it was a quiet andnot so filled with tourists.The hotel is relatively small with big suites for the whole family. The standard of the hotel is great, The crew was service minded but not overdoing it. We had celebrate New Year it the hotel where they really had planned a superb menu, entertainment and fireworks. The grew had a good level of english and always helpful when needed. Dont book ShaSa if you want to lay on a sandy beach since the sea was a bit rough but the porch with deckchair was directly to the beach. Wonderful swimmng pools and not crowded.
