Review 1：Toilet ran every half hour. Sink stopper was stuck in an almost closed position, drained very slowly. Nail sticking up on thrush hold of bathroom door. Sheets did not fit the king size bed, kept coming off the corner of the mattress. Wallpaper ripped off bathroom wall in areas.

Review 2：The staff. Quiet room except for toilet running intermittently.

Review 3：The way the manager behaved with my stay and with booking. They were giving portable heaters to their guests for heat.

Review 5：No forced air heating system! Called front desk, no answer. Had to go to front office for toilet paper, blanket, pillows, extra towels and the last space heater! TV was impossible to get a second channel all snowy pictures.

More interested in showing me how to work the key then informing me the water would be turned off early in the morning, when I was planning to leave, in spite of my telling them I was leaving very early. Room was clean, but carpet badly frayed, walls damaged, sheets old and mattress and mattress pad stained. And yes, I looked. The room said 'bed bugs' so I looked and was happy to find none.

Staff was so sweet and went out of their way to accommodate us. Honestly where else can you play beer pong in the hallway at 4am!

Review 18：The Room Didn't Have A Chain Safety Lock, So My Two Year Old Was Able To Waltz Into The Hallway On Her Own. I Had To Block The Door With A Chair To Prevent This. The Property Needs Renovation.

Review 22：Neighborhood Parking Balcony security lights that stay on all night Oh yeah....and the SWAT team raiding a house nearby at 4:00 am. We might not have noticed at that hour if not for the bullhorn and the flash-bang grenades!

Review 24：When checking in the lady at the front desk was dressed in a shirt too small for her with her gut hanging out and gave us the wrong type of room, when we got back down with all our luggage she was yelling at a staff member :/ too me very unprofessional, but was there and I asked are you the manager?, he said that he was just the front desk person and I told him I appreciated his professional style, not only his attire but his overall attitude. Usually I don't care what people wear or how they act, but in a business no matter how nice or how old it may be, holding yourself professionally is so important to me. The lady to us was offensive with her demionure. The room was okay, the hotel needs a carpet update badly. But there were no bed bugs or anything like that, so that was good.

Review 26：desk clerk gave out our room key to a stranger. UNACCEPTABLE. Thankgoodness we had the chain hooked. Horable parking. I will never stay there again.

Review 27：so much for vintage - the place is old and in need of a major overhaul - mattress was maybe 5 inches thick and sheets were like sandpaper. The guest washer and dryer are out in the open so when someone was washing their clothes at midnight, the machine was vibrating across the floor in the outdoor area outside our door. doors from parking lot were propped open all night. There was an old hutch and lawn mower tires in the hallway outside our room. trust me, pay $25 more somewhere else.

She gave me the room next to the lobby even though there were others available, and I could hear loud, obnoxious people laughing and carrying on in the lobby through the walls several times during the night, until about 4am
