Review 1：The food was disappointing. Breakfast was fine but dinners were uninteresting.

Review 2：We had a duplex cabin that is split into 4 apartments, it was very comfortable and very pretty. The setting and architecture are beautiful.

Review 3：Wifi in the cottage didn't work - but do you really need to be online during your holidays? If you need to be, go to the restaurant, then it works.

Review 4：We wanted to visit the "Golden Ring" and Rostov is an ideal place to make day trips to the cities of the Golden Ring. Our cottage in Yaroslavna was cosy and clean, the personnel very friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much and can only recommend this site to everybody who wants to experience "real" Russia outside of Moscow or St.-Petersburg. A great place to be !!

Review 5：Was able to hear the highway notices, but not the way it would bother me

Review 7：They don"t have wi-fi, restaurant food was not fantastic: generally it's not bad, even good at the same time, but, you know when you order, for instance a ptate a-la-chef and you see an insect inside it, then you tell about it a waiter and see 0 reaction, it is... disgusting! Breakfast was really perfect! Thanx for it: you always can drink different types of coffee, the staff could make fantastic russian pancakes, they have cereals, some types of jams, so breakfast is cool!

Review 8：Well, the staff is ok, nature is fantastic, they have two or three ponds at an hotel territory, a lot of flowers, some domestic animals, generally, it was fantastic to relax not far from Rostov Velikiy. Very clean and cosy suites. (When we check-out, we were told to give back a little towel, later they told that was their fault, because they didn't put it in bathroom). But anyway everything was perfect at a suit. The territory is very marvellous, i really would want to come again. I am not a foreigner, but as my travelling experience all over the world show: this hotel would be really very good for being familiar with russian nature, the more it's situated very close to all architectural historic monuments in Rostov region (including Borisoglebsky city)

Review 9：1) toilet has 3 places for all the floor, mini. 10 rooms. 2) no water for shower 3) no wifi in room & reception, only in restaurant, and this is the only place you may feel comfortable. 4) rooms are with no sound insulation. Seems that your neighbours are talking in your room. 5) not suitable for living there in winter, almost no view can be seen around hotel.

Review 10：The city center of Rostov is worth to see. We spent almost whole day to stay in Kremlin.But no need to live in Rostov, just live in Ярославль.

Review 13：No Wi-Fi. It's only available in the restaurant, but not in the room. And you would definetelly not be enjoyed by the choice of music playing in the restaurant unless you're fan of russian "shanson". Incredibly poor soundproofing - you can hear everything your neighbours say (we stayed in 2-story room, which is 1/4 of a big cottage)

Review 14：Nice authentic athmosphere. Wooden houses. Good location - 5 minutes by car to the center of Rostov.

Review 15：Far from the city, cost us 200 to 300 ruble one way depending on thedriver which added to the cost. No english speaking staff 6 pm to 9am,so if you have questions do it during the day. The restaurant has noEnglish menu so ordering was a challenge. Also breakfast is servedonly from 9am and wasn't so great. So, it is better to eat out asthere are excellent dining options in Rostov. If you have problemswith bugs, this could not be a place for you. But it is inevitable ina location as this.

Review 16：Privacy, the design of the cottages and the remoteness that surrounds.

Review 18：The location is great, a lot of facilities for relaxation, sports, etc. Looks authentic, stylish. Beautiful landscape.

Review 19：No real complaints but some remarks: Bring your binoculars to watch the TV screen. As big as your laptop screen but 3 meters from your eyes. In fact the mirror in the room is 12 times larger than the flatscreen TV. Nicely done renovation of the rooms in stylish dark colors. Strangely they made the bathroom in the colors of my favorite football team (AJAX Amsterdam).
