Review 1：everything.though I m not a fussy person,hotel met all my expectations.quiet ,private,pool,spa,heat pump/air cond,spacious room. the only thing I needed was a microwave,but this are the hotel conditions...no cooking.but they gave us a toaster...thank you.wi fi working great,as well on mobile/laptop.staff so helpful and try their best to please you...very client orientated.location...great.garden beautiful,nobody picks on you...no donts. 10/10.

Review 8：Really disappointed. The picture of the room I thought was booked is not the room that was actually booked. When I requested to have the room in the picture they quoted me $199 instead of the $144 advertised. So I cancelled my booking then noticed that I was still charged for the night after explaining my reason for the cancellation to the manager when she called me that same night. Plus the furniture were cheap not in linewith the 4 and a half star .

Review 9：Bed very hard and uncomfortable.....bathroom inneed of an upgrade mold in sealant rust on fittings...carpet needed a clean..sliding doors very hard to open

Review 10：Changing decor means inside & out! The chairs outside on deck still made the room look old, also where the flatscreen TV is positioned is in the wrong place, no adjusting as there are 2 beds in the room, made the room unbalanced. TV looks wrong

Review 16：The gym wasn't available for use. The spa hadn't been maintained for a while it smelt really bad. Very disappointing as we chose the accomodation for the facilities it offered but couldn't use them.

Review 18：We booked this online via booking .com and a day later had to change the initial date to the following week. This resulted in the rooms being $50 cheaper ea. When we arrived, the receptionist charged the original higher rate citing their system had not been updated. To make matters worse, some members of our group who arrived earlier had already paid which resulted in having to reimburse them later. I was not happy. These guys need to sort their systems out.

Review 26：didn't like flight of stairs have foot problems. Noisy with tiles instead of carpet out side rooms. Thought it needed an overhaul plaster coming off from Skylight. Needed resealing around Shower looked dirty although I'm sure it was well cleaned. Couldn't get Sky or other channels but was told a storm had hit a week before.

Review 32：Unfortunately the pool wasn't very clean & it was so cold, we thought it was heated. The spa pool wasn't private & didn't have any lighting so we couldn't really utilise it, which was a real let down & let the resort down.

Review 39：Our accommodation was located in a building next to the original resort. It appeared like a redesigned office block with parking underneath. It was quite austere and felt a little isolated from the hotel. However, the rooms were adequately equipped and comfortable.

Review 40：The hotel is well located, being walking distance to restaurants, bars and water activities. There is plenty of off street parking for those doing the fly drive thing. The hotel has a bar and restaurant and a swimming pool. We didn't try the restaurant or pool. The bar has a happy hour with a couple of average wines and beers for $5. The reception staff was friendly and efficient.

Review 47：Sorry to whinge but the connection was an issue. As we left our kids at home by themselves, I would have felt more relaxed if we could have been closer in touch. Also we were relying on the www to plan our next day's activities.

Review 59：Loved staying at this hotel. Hard to fault them on anything. My two young boys loved the pool and buffet breakfast. Lovely helpful staff. Room was immaculate when we arrived, view from the room was beautiful as well. We are hoping to plan another trip very soon and definitely stay here again.
