Review 1：I wouldn't recommend this hotel for people who seek an easy connection to the pier or to the airport or the Chaweng. But it's definitely worthwhile if you want to take a rest from the husle and bustle. It takes 30minutes to the pier and again 30 to Cheweng.

Review 2：Everything!!! We got there at new years eve. There was initially a little hassle about overbooking. Not that we had any issue with that, we were going to be relocated to a 5stars hotel. But finally we could stay. To reward out pacience we got breakfast for free. Breakfast was fantastic, great service at all times. We just felt pampered during our whole stay. The best thing though and for which I feel very thankful, is that these guys actually found and sent my lost bikini all the way to Krabi. Thank so much!

Review 3：The only problem we had, which wasn't a big deal, when we wanted to lounge around the pool, a couple of times sun beds weren't available!

Review 4：Amazing attention to detail. The front of house team, went above and beyond our expectations.. Room was great, food excellent and not over priced! Hotel shuttle a great asset, plenty of free journeys available into the centre of lamAi! They booked golf for my partner, for a day after our departure! Spa treatments very good!

Review 16：We loved this place. It was so beautiful and peaceful, a bit far from the nearest City, but if you rent a motorbike， its not a problem :) great place with a one-year old baby. Breakfast was perfect! We stayed for two weeks, and could stay longer.

Review 21：- Location is very remote and you certainly need your own rental car or transportation. - The food served in restaurant is of average quality and way more expensive for 4 stars hotel in Thailand. -This was our first stay in Thailand and the staff seemed to be very kind till we decided to extend our stay for one night more. I booked it again online with my phone which the language was all in Thai then by mistake I booked the room without breakfast. The next day when we went to have breakfast the staff were very impolite. They said that we must pay 800 BHT for an adult and and 400 for each kid which I said it is OK I will pay (Although was ridiculously high for what they offer. But still they denied to serve us. However I head back to the office of manager and explained that I booked by mistake with ought breakfast but I will pay for it. They apparently accepted but again when I was back to the restaurant, staff denied to serve us.

Review 23：If you are looking for modern this is not for you. If you are looking for busy, lively and surrounded by bars and restaurants, look elsewhere. Location is slightly out of the way. They offer a shuttle service into town, but the last bus was about 2.30, last return about 5.30. Taxis quite expensive, little leeway for negotiation as mostly fixed price. However, hire a bike from the hotel and a very reasonable price, and explore the whole island in a day or two, hitting all the attractions at a fraction of the cost of organised tours, and much more fun! Would I recommend this hotel, yes, but for those looking for a more relaxed, quiet experience in Samui

Review 24：Staff were fantastic, really friendly, helpful and accommodating. The restaurant by the pool served excellent Thai dishes. The pork satay was a real delight, tender pork with a beautiful satay that was almost like a peanut relish, packed with flavour! Massaman curry also fantastic, one of the best we had in a month in Thailand! Comfortable room, very big!!

Review 26：On the last of our 9 night stay, we had a snake in one of the WC's. Also the knob of the shower came off to change it from spout to shower head, but I am sure it was fixed when I told the front office staff at check out. There were many mosquitoes, but that is an general problem in Thailand. It was lovely that the hotel provided in room mosquito repellent devices with cartridges.

Review 32：The beds are a bit hard but I think it's the same no matter where you stay in Thailand. The breakfast was good but always the same thing. Not much to do at the resort and the resort is far from the main road so being with two kids I felt stuck there. The staff will drive you anywhere but there's always a cost. Didn't get to explore much of the real life in Thailand because of it.

Review 33：The place was very clean. The staff is excellent and always available if you need anything. My kids and I experienced a real Thai massage and it was amazing!!!

Review 34：our evening meal in the restaurant was disappointing, the staff forgot our salad and we had to ask for it with our meal. They said that the meal no longer comes with salad and the menu was wrong, eventually they did make a salad but we got it after we had finished our meal. The prices are high in the restaurant and food adequate. we found the service to be poor considering we were also the only people in the restaurant at this time.

Is it because we didn´t decide to stay in the bungalows/villasand stayed in the luxury rooms instead? The room we stayed in is in themain building and lacked comfort and character.
