Review 1：Very pleasant family-run hotel, roomy, comfortable, easy walk to bus and train stations, four or five blocks from town center, good breakfast included in price
Review 2：We arrived later than expected due to train delay on a Saturday and didn't know we needed a code to get in after a particular hour. We were rescued by a member of staff who happened to be passing.

Review 6：During the time I was there, the hotel changed owners. I would advice the new owner not to hover around his guests asking questions when they are having breakfast. The breakfast room needed a lot more attention than it got the last morning I was there.

I really enjoyed breakfast in the nice breakfast room, especially the first two of three mornings: then the egg was perfectly boiled, there was cloudberry jam to go with the homemade muesli and the coffee tasted really good.

Review 9：room was very warm when we reached the Hotel at around 5 p.m., due to sun shining on this side of the hotel on that day, mid September. Windows can only be opened a bit, so we got a ventilator from the hotel-staff. Breakfast was something special, only one type of bread, one type of cheese and one type of salami, but the breakfast can be recommended for all who like cereals

Review 12：Close to the railway and bus stations. Basic but clean and comfortable, which is all you need. Staff friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was adequate.

No reception staff when we arrived in the evening, and they had given us the wrong code for front door, so we had to stand at the front door with all our luggage and telephone for the correct one - fortunately we had a mobile phone. Didn't live up to Booking.com reviews.

Room is decent size, clean, has everything u need, even a hairdryer. wash room is spotless clean and modern. it is very quite yet a great location. And on top of all the stuffs are awesome. Considering and very friendly. I will never think abt other hotels if I ever travel back to Lulea
