Review 11：right in town centre, bit of a challenge to find by car as in pedestrian zone but once located its easy, excellent restaurant now. All very friendly and dedicated to Rolls Royce's. Rooms have jacuzi but costs extra 20 euro

Review 12：For a hotel room costing 140 Euro, one would expect that the shower wouldn't leak water all over the bathroom floor. If it was at only one place (namely, at the join of the two doors), I could accept that I might be at fault, but there were also leaks from both places where the shower windows met the walls. Moreover, taking a shower was not a pleasant experience, given that the shower head delivered little water at extremely high pressure. Operating the TV/satellite was far from intuitive and there seemed to be a lag when using the remote controls. The TV guide/EPG was temperamental at best. Another problem was finding how to enter the old city by car and, once there, how to find the hotel parking. Both should have been detailed on the hotel website and, furthermore, clearly signposted (we later found two small, easy-to-miss signs in the old city). As for Kranj itself, the less said the better. As I said, I expected more, given the price of the room.

Review 13：The whirlpool bath in the bedroom was fantastic, as was the bed. Just as well, given how little there was to do in the old city itself (on a Friday night/Saturday morning!). Breakfast was good, with a wide choice.

Review 14：Lovely room with huge jacuzzi in the corner of the room. There was also a bathroom with a super shower. King size bed. Breakfast there was an excellent choice. We also had lunch and dinner in the Restaurant which was very good food. All the Staff we came into contact with were wonderful, friendly and helpful. It was in the centre of the old town, so a great location. Traditional style building. It can be a bit confusing getting to the hotel because it is in a pedestrian area but once you get a ticket from the machine beside the barriers you can get in. Would stay there again.

Review 29：Stopped here on a cycle tour from Croatia to Austria. Very friendly staff helped us with our bikes and luggage and washed all our clothes overnight. Had a very large room with spa bath and an excellent breakfast, all for £61. The hotel has a therapist who does a wonderful massage and it also has a great restaurant. The hotel is at the foot of the Seeberg Pass into Austria and is in the pedestrianised old town of Kranj. A perfect stopover.

Review 36：Staff were excellent, assisted with guessing to the hotel (in pedestrian zone), the room we were given was significantly larger and more luxurious than we were expecting. Very pleased with overall experience and customer service. Though we got a discount through booking.com we felt that even the standard room rate is well worth the price. Breakfast was well stocked and we felt was of a good quality. PS there is a quirky RollsRoyce theme running through the hotel which adds a nice touch.

Review 105：I was on a business trip and booked three nights at Hotel Actum. My room was very clean and spacious. Bathroom and shower looked brand new. I ended up with one of the rooms with a hot tub (which I never used)! My room also had a minibar and a safe. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also included, which gave me a great start every day. I would definitely stay there again.

Furthermore the hotel is in the pedestrian area in the city center. after explanation how to go by car to the hotel it is easy and very convenient as the parking is directly at the hotel. All in all a hotel which is like it looks like in the internet. No disappointment as it is at many other hotel present at booking.com
