Review 1：Poor food offering. Everything including room service was closed New Year's Eve and food in the hotel's pub was overpriced and poor quality. Surely a four star hotel should have a full service restaurant.

Review 13：Excellent location on the main street in Lulea. Breakfast was one of the best I've had in any hotel, it was included in the price, and was served 'til 11.00am. The room had a minibar fridge so I was able to store picnic food. Bathroom had a huge roomy bathtub. View of North Harbour from my room. Front desk service was friendly and efficient.

Review 18：I arrived early and the desk clerk said my room was not ready. I waited in the lobby where he could see me. After two hours, sitting in wet clothes, I asked him when my room would be ready. It had been ready for an hour but he failed to tell me. At Premier Inn, UK, they would have switched me to a room that was ready.

The room was very clean and comfortable with a good view across the square. There is a guest sauna on floor 3 that we tracked down and opens in the evening. Very impressed with the Elite Stadshotellet.

Review 27：Great room, efficient and friendly staff, centrally located in Luleå, not far from the train station, and if you're lucky a view over the water. My view was over the internal courtyard, but the room was nice.

Review 37：The double bed was made out of two separate beds and the beds could move easily. Just changing your side a couple of times while sleeping and you could make a 10 cm gap between the beds. This could be fixed easily with somekind of lock that holds the beds together. It would be nice to have free parking.

Review 38：Would stay here again. Breakfast selection was one of the best I've seen! Perfect location just at the start of the shopping street. The hotel is a beautiful building. The bathtub was a few centimeters bigger than usual but it can make a big difference. Didn't have time to check the gym but big plus for the option. Wifi worked perfectly.

Review 39：-the hotel is somewhat outdated and some things may need refurnishment (like the carpet and curtains which have stains on them...) -Wifi connection is very weak (at least when we were there). -the family room is very small and the sofa-bed for our son had a terrible matrass (and we are used to primitive camping so it's not just our opinion....). - there was no additional pillow for him and neither where the coffee-tea facilities in the room were prepared for three. I think it's just a double room with a sofa-bed, rather than an actual family-room.

Review 41：Our room was quite comfortable, Reviews on hotels in Sweden had us concerned that it would be too small. The view from our window was beautiful! The breakfast buffet was laid out quite nicely and had many tasty offerings. We enjoyed a very nice meal in the pub next door/through a connecting hall. Their winter brew was great!

Review 45：I was dropped off by the airport bus right at the doorsteps of this hotel - it appeared to be a special gesture by the driver to do so as there were no other passengers and it was the last bus for the day. It's right next to a beautiful park and a few steps away from shops. The train and bus stations are ten minutes' walk away.
