Review 1：I loved the fact that the staff were very helpful when could reach them. I also appreciated the fact that they offered assistance and another room because or our problem. I loved the fact that the check in person went out her way to make sure I knew directions to resturants.
Review 2：I sent message via Booking notifying the hotel I will be late and not to cancel my paid in full room, well my message wasn't forwarded and my reservation was canceled but the staff made things right.

Review 4：I was disappointed in the breakfast. I was expecting a hot breakfast with maybe eggs and bacon. Not everyone eats waffles and pancakes, or just bread like items. I did have coffee though.
