Review 1：We had ordered a room with balcony , were unpleasantly surprised that the balcony is closed due to renovation works. The hotel neither informed us of the inability to provide the rooms as per description nor had the conscience to lower the rate. very disappointing.

Review 2：On saturday there was a party till 6 am (!), with very loud music. I stayed on the third floor, but still the music/and basses were hard. Even ear plugs didn't help much. The breakfast was prepared too late, often not before 7.30 and not before I asked. (it's served from 7-10). Since I had too leave between 7.30-7.45 I had to rush each day.

Review 3：The location is very special with splendid views all around on the mountains and Kranj. The terras is nice and spacious.

Review 6：Nothing really bad to say at all . If I had to comment on anything , first ,.... Nothing generally around the hotel so plan on staying there or cabbing it into the cities nearby . Second, wifi was a bit sporadic through the hotel rooms but still was good enough

Review 7：Loved the vista and the great cafe up top . Rooms were very clean and comfortable . The staff was very attentive to our needs whether it was for a taxi, breakfast , or any questions we had. Just a very cool spot to stay .

Review 8：Location is a sword with two blades, unless you have a car, that takes you 2Km onto steep hill, do not bother going for this hotel. Location is at summit with great view, if you have a car and bother driving. It is isolated but some might prefer that.

Review 9：rooms are great, spacious, en-suite and clean. Staff is friendly and approaching. Once there, it is quiet with lovely feeling of isolation of the world.

Review 11：The wiev from the hotel is very beautifull, because the hotel is on the top of the hill, around 200m higher than the sorrounding city. Quit place.

Review 28：My room was a little bit too small. Smoking in the room prohibited, but it's UE fault, not the hotel owners'.

Review 29：On top of the mountain - perfect place. Stuff very friendly, even when the restaurant was closed they opened it exclusively for me.

Review 30：Stayed in normal double room and in economy single. Double room is nice and spacious, economy single is simply to small (no closet space, tiny bathroom with an annoying shower curtain etc.). If you don't have a car, it can be an issue, as the hotel is on a steep hill.

Review 33：Unique hotel with amazing views special atmosphere, the room spacious and nicely furnished. The breakfast was good. Star tours can be done from the hotel to the main attractions, within an hour drive each way; places like Lake Bled, waterfall Savica, Mount Vogel Canyon VINTGAR and Postojnska jama . Located on a hill about 700 meters above see level. Driving is not particularly sympathetic at night, road width are small and there is not always room for two cars. The reception staff is ready to help in whatever that is necessary for the guest.

Review 34：Simple breakfast, of which there wasn't much left for the last hour.Not many things to see or experience in Kranj. One weekend is more than enough to explore the whole city.

Review 35：Beautiful location, peaceful and quiet. Free parking by the hotel. Only 30min walk to the railway station (if you are fit).
