Review 2：We feel like our home,A to Z all stuff and service was perfect, We highly recommend to stay this boutique and nostalgic hotel experience.Thanks for all stuff especially Zarin Hn,Serkan and Aydogan who were local person of the Hotel.And thanks to Mr Huseyin who made this perfect hotel investment at Cunda,we were very excited about their kindness.Hope to see you all soon.

Review 3：Difficulty in reaching the hotel. Small room. Headparts of one of the beds were dislocated. Breakfast could be richer. Only turkish was spoken, except of the lady preparing the breakfast, who made honest efforts to address us in greek. Totally unacceptable was the fact that they did not accept our credit card and asked to be paid in cash!!

Review 4：When we arrived like 6 am, our room was full so they moved me and my friend two different rooms. We could only sleep 2 hours because of the noice of staff who are preparing breakfast in the garden. After our breakfast they told us they arranged our room. We moved into a small room with two single beds. No place for two people to move around, it was a really small one. Taps were not working properly. And also moving two times in 5 hours it was excausting. Than we asked for a beach that we can go. Even though i asked where is the best place please send us to there, they directed us into ada camping beach. They told us roads are really bad dont take your car and arranged us a taxi. Road was ok no problem at all!! When we arrived there we paid to taxi driver and also ada camping owner paid to the taxi driver. It was a horrible place. Dirty sunbathing sheets, noisey and we paid 150 turkish liras for 3 small meze and 2 beer. Toilets were impossible to use, so dirty. When i asked why they charged 150 tl, they told us 50 tl is for entrance fee. Than same taxi driver took us we paid again and ada camping owner paid him too!!! We were in there just for 2 days actually 1,5 days and it was a nightmare. changing room two times, it was their mistake. Sending us somewhere horrible. Actually we felt like being fooled!! I guess they have system in there directing their customers for certain places.. And sending us there by taxi because if we could have gone there by our car, we could immediately leave there!! We could not!! When we are making check out we told about these issues to the manager Huseyin, he apologised and offered us one free night!! We didnt accept, how can we?? We are hard working and busy people dont have time to do that!!

Review 21：The standard room is too small for a family with a young kid. The pricesof 'extras' are not written anywhere, we just learned it atcheckout. The price of the room is also problematic if you book inEuros: they charge in Euros (despite the fact that booking.com statesthe prices are in the local currency) that is converted to Turkish liraof that day's sell rate which is eventually converted again to Euroby our bank. With such a double conversion we ended up paying 25 Eurosextra for 3 days.

Review 23：Ahmet bey and Nilgün hanım are the most polite hotel owners i have ever seen.They were aware about are requests.They answered every questions of us with their friendly smile.The location of the hotel was in the historical old street of Cunda island.The breakfast was like at home.

(One staffperson spoke English and she was lovely) We asked for help with ourbags to get down to the taxi over the rocky road and they refused tohelp or find someone to help us. Rooms were extremely tiny. Noisyplumbing, doors are flimsy. Way overpriced. It's a very strangeplace. I would not recommend staying here. Cunda is very nice andI'm sure there are much nicer hotels than Ziyabey Konagi,especially for what they charge.

Review 27：The hotel is located on a very picturesque cobblestone street in the old part of the Cunda island - walking distance from all the restaurants and main attractions. The owners and stuff are very welcoming, the building seems newly renovated, but the best part is the garden where the breakfast is served - both beautiful and serene.
