Review 3：This place is in the central location of Rostov. The hotel staff can barely speak English but she is very friendly and helpful. The room rate is very cheap too!The breakfast they offered is also very rich. Very good price/quality value. Highly recommend

Review 7：I did not realise when I booked that the single room did not have its own shower. It only had a toilet and handbasin. I had to get a key from the front desk to use the shower, which was close to my room, so this was not a problem, just unexpected!

Review 8：Very good restaurant linked to the hotel. Clean and quiet. The staff do not speak English, but that is not a problem if you have access to Google Translate. The staff are helpful and are happy to make an effort to communicate via Google Translate.

Receptionist tried to communicate in English despite no English skills. Breakfast was great and abundant in the hotel's restaurant.
