Review 1：We have wake up in the morning to find a thief in the apart, we ran after him but didn't catch him. The building is secured by cameras, but when we told the supervisors that we want to see the cameras to identify the criminal, they manipulated us and didn't show us the cam, which makes us suspicious in them. Total things & money robbed costs around 1400 US dollars.

Review 2：The address given cannot be found by taxi. Need to call them to get direction because the apartment is about 300m away from the reception located a back streets. Could be dangerous at night if alone. Travel in group to stay here.

Review 3：staff (Mahmud) is really nice. He helped with my travel arrangement making multiple phone calls to the travel agents. Apartment is clean and comfortable.

Review 4：Everything was perfect. Clean, big apartments, comfortable bed. We got towels and slippers as well. Host is very friendly and helpful, he gave us a map and suggested tourist places.

Review 5：The apartments were very dissapoiting; does not match at all with any of the descriptions and images uploaded on site. There were two other families who were as furious as us when they checked in. Waste of money.

Review 7：The wifi was not good. The location of the apartment was no the same in thw booking. The area is not so nice, walking at night really scares you

Review 9：- Very-very-very difficult to find (don't even try to locate the place yourself, call them straight away. Especially as their office is in a different building, so even if you find the apartment there will be none waiting for you there)- didn't answer emails (asked for airport pick up in several emails, didn't bother to answer till the day before of our arrival) - need renovation, many things are falling apart - no slippers, no coffee machine, no hot water - no toiletries (there were 3 tubes of dirty & used hair conditioners - better put nothing at all) - please put a rail in the stairs on the 3rd floor someone will fall down one day - DO NOT STAY HERE WITH KIDS

Review 11：The Staff especially the receptionist was very co-operative and helping in giving us map and guidance. He kept our luggage free for 5-6 hours after the check out time till the time of flight. The apartment was comfortable, Kitchen has everything you need and it cleans everyday. The location is good, nearer to SultahAhmet Area but for going to Grand Bazar and Bayazit Tram station, we had to walk little uphill. I like that there exists many food stalls and groceries shop nearby. So it was not a problem to find good food. This apartment worth the price and the services are really excellent.

Review 13：We arrived after midnight and cannot find the room. The staff, Mahmoud, wake up and find us in the street!! He helps us in other bookings and arrange actitvites as well. The room and bed is clean and tidy whie the kitchen has everything you need. This apartment worth the price and the services is really excellent.

Review 14：Good place with a group of friends but not elderly or family with kids as they hv to climb up the hill to get the tram. But for the price we paid , its worth the money

Review 15：The people esp. Ibrahim and Mahmood offer service at their best & feels them like brothers to us,...the Apt make one feels like home with excellent facilities including fast wifi, various channel and complete cooking facilities.Close to kumkapi and various groceris shop

Review 16：When we arrived no one attended us it was all locked because no staff was there. As a stranger waited with full bagage on the road. After waiting half an hour two men came and informed us that this appartment is no more free and guided us to another location by foot with all the bagages. Whole the week no cleaning. Despite promises every day no one came. We lived in the rubbish. I had to put the rubbish bags downstairs myself. Bad smell from the rubbish all over the floor. Toilet seat broken, promises but no obe came. Bath leaking. Off course staff was very nice and promises were done assuring us but nothing happened. Staff helped us finding the ways happily.

Review 19：There're a heating system and two conditioners, so there was warm (that's a critical moment if you aware of Istanbul's weather). The host is very nice and helpful (just ask him to show where to buy the best kebab nearby). We came late at night and there were no problems with check-in. Extremely recommend

Review 20：The apartments are located down a deserted alley in what felt like a very dangerous area. Do not book this place if travelling alone, with family or a group of girls. On 2 of the 3 nights we stayed here, right in front of our apartment, we saw a group of kids abusing a helpless dog. It was so appalling and sickening and made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay here because we didn't know what we could do. The wifi was also very weak and just didn't work on occasions.

Review 24：Location of the apartment is a little bit far from the tram station and down the hill. But that's not a big problem for young people. We still enjoyed walking along the gedikpasa street.

Review 25：I like that they are many food stalls and groceries shop nearby. So it is not a problem for us to find good food. Furthermore, the apartment is big enough to fit 4-5 people. I also like the owner of the apartment,Mr Erdal, a very friendly person and helpful. He showed me where to visit interesting places, where to eat good food. Also, he provided us with enough information around the city.

Review 26：The apartment was clean and comfortable. A little more seating area would have been nice (like a sofa). The staff were really exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. Any issue we had was addressed within minutes. Our shower wasn't working so I sent a WhatsApp message. Literally 2 minutes later there was a knock at the door with the repair man.

I would like to recommend the apartment for everyone who would like to stay near all historical places and pazars ..
