Review 1：The receptionist gave another couple a key to my room who tried to enter while I was napping. She later told me our last names were the same - the cause of the mix-up. I prefer hotels with interior hallways versus exterior doors to each room.

Review 3：The doors certainly were not soundproof - I could everything and everyone that went on by my room or in the parking lot.

Review 6：Loved that they had wood laminate flooring in the room, with carpet only around the bed. The bed was very comfortable.
Review 7：Room 129- a/c did NOT take moisture out of room! Meds actually crumbled laying in room for 1 day!!! This is very bad to be breathing in this level of moisture while sleeping. Clothes were damp hanging in room for the day. Floors were very dirty, all socks black from dirt. Safe did not work.

Review 11：Young man who greeted us upon arrival was quite brusque and rude. It would be nice if these folks would put some water in their swimming pool, or take the picture off their web ad.

Review 13：Shower head is low and water pressure is not the greatest. Door handle wouldn't work. After several trips to the office, was given a key versus the card key. Pool is closed due to renovations. Which we found out at check in.

Review 63：perhaps a better selection of breakfast breads. Not just the muffins, which were delicious, but maybe also bread and a toaster, english muffins or bagels. Also there was no mini sink to get just cold water from, only the decanters of hot water, juice and coffee.
Review 64：I really appreciated that everything from the room heat upon arrival to the fridge and shower temp being auto set , so that I walked in from the cold into a room that was already perfect temp with heat on low, the fridge was already chilled and the shower regulator handle never let you get scalding water. It was all just so perfect that I not only stayed on my trip up to Michigan, but again two weeks later on my way back South.
Review 65：On our second stop at Red Roof Inn in Bowling Green we were again givena room marked handicap accessible. Unfortunately, the toilet was placedbetween the wall and the sink and did not have room to move a wheelchair next to it. The Desk Clerk made an attempt to find a differentroom but failed and did not pass it onto her relief. Her relief gothostile when questioned about it and eventually called the Police. Shealso laughed when my wife explained that she was missing a leg. We havereceived a follow up call from the manager of the hotel but she stillseems to be unaware that the room we stayed in is not truly handicapaccessible. Because of the extreme need of a handicapped person for anaccessible room, misrepresenting this room this way is an extremehardship that is not the kind of problem that you can just put up withuntil morning. I am very disappointed.
