Review 1：1. We had a great problem with the heating: Namely, on December 31, the room became so cold that it was terrible. We called the reception desk and the young girl said that she would turn on the heating? But nothing happened and the next morning we called again. One nice polite young man gave us mobile electronic heater and said that it was 16 degrees in the room because the heating system was broken. So, we finished our staying with poor heating and cold bathroom. 2. In the print version of Booking reservation was written that we would have a tea maker in the room but there wasn't one. As we came at 10 o'clock PM, we wanted to drink a tea but we didn't have the possibility. It is not a problem that we hadn't a tee maker but it is a problem if it is written and we expect it. Just omit that and everything will be fine.

Review 2：Very, very nice and polite staff, helpful and kind. Especially the older gentleman and the young man. 10. And thank you. :) They gave us so many interesting and useful pieces of information and they tried to be at our service at all times . Finally, it was the reason why our stay in the hotel was pleasant in spite of evident problems that we had. Also, the hotel is new, so nice, cosy and clean. The room and bathroom are large, well equipped and well looking. "Grad Brdo" is near the hotel. So beautiful nature. Wonderful.

Review 3：Coffee for breakfast is a bit weird. But that was the only thing to dislike.

Review 5：The air conditioning was on heat all night which made our apartment way to hot in Summer. They did try and fix it but were unable to. We did receive a discount for the room but it was really very uncomfortable.

Review 7：No restaurant or bar so evening meals weren't catered for. The location isn't great if you're simply a tourist on holiday but for the purpose of my trip it was ideal.

Review 10：Staff were very friendly and helpful. Secure underground parking. Near to Ljubiana Airfield. Quiet location at the edge of an industrial estate. Good sized rooms. Small but excellent breakfast buffet.

Review 12：The hotel is located in a big shopping center in Kranj -- 7 minutes drive from the Ljubljana international airport. The hotel is squeaking clean with very big and comfortable rooms. Everything looks and smells brand new and I was surprised to learn that the hotel exists for 4 years already. The very decent breakfast was included into a rather decent price.
