Review 1：Triple room a bit small, breakfast could be a bit better for a 4 star hotel.

Review 3：It was the noisest place I hav ever stayed. It was full of 2 groups: high school students on a field trip who had little if any supervision and Korean bus tour, not quite as loud as the students. We learned that both groups come weekly to the hotel so it was not just bad luck that it coincided with our date. Also, the room as very small

Review 6：Great location for a visit to this historic provincial town, easy to get to the station, and ljubjana airport. Old Kranj is an easy walk round with plenty to see and do. Great value!

Review 7：No Air Conditining in the room and no extractor fan in the bathroom. Room was basic, but clean and met our requirements. Stayed in September, so able to leave windows open at night when temperature dropped.

Review 22：We reserved economy double room and got a very small bed, about 120cm width and only one sheet for 2 persons. The staff tould us it was a single room and that they made a mistake but had no other free double rooms to make a change so they gave us extra sheets. And the next morning they told us that this was actually economy double room and is meant for 2 people. We payed full price and didn't want to argue, but were quite dissapointed. Also the breakfast wasn't quite fitting the four stars standard.

Review 30：- I got a room for invalides without asking me if accepted or not , some discomforts are in such a room, - the room was close to metal stairs which are very noisy, - acoustic isolation was very poor, - absolute poor breakfast, very limited choices. I have never seen such poor offer from 4 stars hotel

Review 35：Staff was very helpful. We were able to leave a bag in the storage after the check-out and go hiking, getting the bag back after checking in few days later. There was no problem with that, we did that twice. Breakfasts were very good and the choice of dishes (though every day the same) was satisfying. Our budget room was clean, with a very comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The view from the hotel terrace was stunning. Great train connection to Jesenice, Ljubljana and the Airport. Very close to Kranj town centre, bus station and other facilities.

Review 64：The service was truly excellent. We were treated like royalty and even had our room upgraded at no extra cost. The buffet dinner was excellent and although we ate out a couple of times, we always preferred the food at the hotel. The buffet dinner was 10 EUR and it included a 3 course meal which is great value for money. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and even helped me to organise a last minute trip to Bled including car hire, dinner and accommodation. Overall it was a great hotel experience and I would definitely return to stay at there :)
