Review 3：Kaseem at the reception is a gem! The staff is helpful, very professional all in one. Excellent location: close to everything, very easy to walk from there or catch a tram or a boat once you have spotted the most appealing attractions which are basically all around. Another good point (not too bad for your travel budget): you can enjoy a good dinner outside on your your way back (5 mn walk from the hotel basically) after a hectic day.

Review 4：Bathroom with lot of tiny, red ants. Rooms are quite new, but could be cleaner here and there. Mine was smelly at arrival, but it was ok the next day after opening the window.

The climatisation/heating worked very well (which was a good think considering that sometimes you had the smell of the nearby restaurants coming from outside). Review 13：The location was perfect - most tourist attractions in the old part of town within 10 minutes walking. Access to public transport was also excellent (tram #1 and Marmaray train). Staff were helpful although some had difficulties speaking English. The breakfast buffet was quite rich and contained everything necessary. Wi-fi internet was provided free of charge and worked very well. A nice touch was the wide selection of complimentary toiletries in each room.

Review 14：I know Just Inn since long time. It is my favourite hotel in Istanbul. The position is perfect and the hotel confortable, but the best poin is the staff quality that every time make me very very happy.

Everithing is more than perfect: fantastic position, confortable rooms, good breakfast but more important: the professional staff makes me more relaxed that in my own house. Review 49：We chose this hotel for location and also for the shuttle service they claim to provide. Incompetent front desk staff failed to secure our transfer from the airport to the hotel. Upon arrival which was late at night we find that the air conditioning, the TV, and the minibar fridge in our room are not working. When we bought this to their attention immediately. They said an electrician would come in the morning to fix it. In the coarse of the next 2 days they were assuring us that the electrician had been and the problem was fixed. But it wasn't, so on the third day I insisted I would wait and speak to the electrician myself. It turned out the faulty minibar which was replaced immediately was tripping the main switch. So we spent two out of our four days there without these facilities. Also, Beware as they charged us extra for the city tax which was included in the price when the booking was made. Make sure you get a receipt for everything you pay them in cash and check it before you leave. They gave us a supposedly receipt which doesn't show the extra charge. And last but not least, pay them in their own currency Turkish Lira as they encourage you to pay in USD or EURO but give you the change in Lira and rip you off.

Review 51：Hotel was exactly as advertised and beyond. Believe in the excellent reviews for this hotel because they are all true! The location is perfect - close to all major attractions. The room was beautifully furnished and immaculate, complete with mini fridge, room safe, ample lighting and electric outlets, flatscreen tv and much more. The breakfast was fantastic and came with eggs, breads, olives, caseroles, sausages, juices and much, much more. And last but not least, the staff were the best: ALWAYS kind, pleasant, knowledgeble and accommodating. We cannot wait to return to Istanbul to this terrific hotel. Review 58：Just Inn hotel is a very good choice for a stay in Istanbul. It is located close to all the major sights and to the Gülhane tram stop. There are a lot of shops and restaurants all around. Yet, the district is quiet at nights. I had a single room on the 4th floor - the room was nice, bright and impeccably clean. It had a fridge and a tee making facility. Unlike some other reviewers I do not think the rooms are extremely small - they are normal size for the centre of a big city and, especially, they have all one needs for a comfortable stay. Breakfast is served in the basement - I was surprised how rich it was, provided the hotel only has about 23 rooms. The breakfast room is cosy. Wifi worked without interruptions during the whole stay. The staff at the hotel is nice and friendly. Some do not speak English but always call someone who does. They helped me in everything I needed. I would definitely choose Just Inn Hotel for my next stay in Istanbul.

Review 97：This is a disaster hotel run by unprofessional people.I reserved a room and send them some special requirements, they didn't even answer me.They deduct an amount two times before my arrival (The payment conditions was to pay upon our arrival), I sent them an email to verify and again no one answer.I sent them one more email to notify them that i will have a late check in, and as usual no one answer.Now i am asking if they don't following up their email why they create one!?Once i reach the hotel, they gave me a very tiny room with a dirty floor and a dirty sheet, and the smell was very bad, and there was a door to a dirty, dark and scary balcony, wewere unable to close the door!.The balcony was surrounded by the other buildings back side , so there is no view.I went down and i asked them to change the room and they told me there is no free one, and i asked them at least to clean the floor and change the sheet. I went out to give them some time to do that, and i return back and found that they only changed the sheet!.We were so tired so we slept that night and we went to have the breakfast in the basement floor!.After that we met the manager and he promised us to give us a better room, we packed our staff and kept it ready for them to move it and then we went out.That was around 10 am, we return back to the hotel around 8 pm, they gave us the new room key and we went up stairs, I was shocked once i saw my luggage and my shopping bags thrown on the floor!!!Our luggage was thrown there since the morning!!!I went down to the reception to speak with him about it, he wasn't no about it!I took him upstairs with me to show him my luggage, he said we are sorry!

The place is basicwith all the essentials: good shower, comfy bed, satellite tv, good Wi-Fi, great breakfast (really filling), and free toiletries - in case youtravel without yours. So nothing fantastic here. But let me tell youabout the staff... They are amazing. They helped me with everything,when things were going smooth, and not. When I just wanted a table onthe sidewalk (to have just a beer or a great dinner from the restaurantsright across the street), from booking my ticket to see the SufiWhirling act (and taking me there so I wouldn't get lost, althoughit was a 3 min walk!), to finding me an emergency cab driver when myshuttle to the airport was delayed. In fact, I left in such a hurry thatI didn't get to appropriately thank all the amazing staff at JustInn: the front counter guys and girl, the cleaners, the "I helplady with heavy luggage" kids, the breakfast woman who beautifullytold me "Bon appetit" every time she saw me, and of course"Justin, the cat", who kept me company (under my chair) overdinner... So to all of you Justin staff, a big thank you. You are veryspecial to me. Oh, and on top of that: Fantastic location - minutes walkfrom the train station, easy short walk to main destinations inIstanbul, and surrounded by great shops, cafes and restaurants... All ofthat for a budget price. Need to say anything else??? Next time I'min Istanbul (and there will be one or many, since I just Iove thatcity), I will definitely stay at Just Inn again.

Review 118：First of all I booked a twin room. On arrival we were told this wasn't available, so they gave us two singles. One on the first floor and with a blocked window, so completely dark, and another one on the 6th floor which was nice, though small, but smelled of mold. OK. We decided that as we're not going to spend a lot of time in the hotel, we won't make a big deal out of it. We had a reservation for 3 nights though and on the third evening my friend went to her room at about 21.00 and came back down saying her things are no longer in the room and instead there's a suitcase that isn't hers. So we went to ask the reception and we were told that oh yeah, we put you in another room and there are now new clients in your rooms. Nobody even asked us or told us that they would be doing this. Besides our room cards still worked, so we could walk in to rooms that had other people's belongings in there. We could have taken everything we wanted! And it's a good thing we didn't walk into people sleeping already!!!! Also as for somebody packing up my stuff and taking it to another room without telling me first is absolutely unheard of! After 10 years working in tourism this kind of a thing has never happened! In addition having seen 3 rooms of the hotel I'd say they're awfully tiny and the stay isn't worth the money. Breakfast is poor by Istanbul standards and the people working in the hotel could polish up their attitudes. Definitely don't recommend!!!

Breakfast so delicious with enough variety of food and the personel responsible there was very polite and nice.The size of the room was convenient for us, it was a little bit tinny but it was ok we were all day outside the hotel. Overall if we went to Istanbul again we will come back !!

Review 122：not value for money and rooms too small. Most staff was polite but not very professionel.
