Review 1：Carpet could use replacing. Also, they should have a late checkout option that allows you to take advantage of a full day of skiing without extra charge.
Review 2：Very friendly and helpful staff. Shuttle pickup to Taos Ski Valley is right at front door.
Review 3：The only thing I didn't care for was how old the place was. You could tell that the maintenance personnel there used cheap was to make repairs instead of fixing things right.

Review 24：When I called in I told them about my yorkie. Upon arriving given a nice room, but didn't charge for pets. They apologized, charged me,changed my room to pet friendly room.The lady at the desk was very nice.

Water in shower wouldbe warm for a while then suddenly would change to very cold or very hot.While check out time was 11 am, the cleaning crew just opened the doorwithout knocking while we were packing at 10 am.

Review 35：The pool was large enough to swim in and even though it wasn't really heated, it was great! The room was large, breakfast had a large variety of choices. Around the pool the grounds were very relaxing.
Review 36：The mattress makes a shape as "V". My wife and I sleep on the middle of bed bez of "V". The mattress needs to replace new one as firm mattress. The shower is a bit short than my wife's height(5'5").
Review 37：There is no elevator to the 2nd story rooms. By the time we checked in, 5pm, there were no more rooms on the first floor. My 91 year old mother with a cane had to use the stairs and I had to haul all of our luggage, cooler up and down the stairs. The grill to the air conditioning unit was disgustingly dirty. The breakfast included powdered eggs and green, green bananas. WiFi didn't work Saturday night. Couldn't access half of the advertised cable channels. Facilities are old and dated - bathroom, parking lot.

Review 39：Gave away the roll away we requested at booking. Filthy room, walls, bathroom, trash behind Murphy bed, carpets. Pool area had kids peeing in pool, and group smoking pot in parking lot.

We were moved to another room, that tub wouldn't drain so you showered in 4" f old water. Swimming pool was green and they were draining it into the parking lot. Unkept facility, needs to be torn down and rebuilt.

Review 58：When I made my reservation on line I asked to be put on first floor. When we checked in we were put on 2nd floor, no elevator and back of motel. My husband & I have cancer plus my husband has had 2 knee replacements and broken hip. We have no energy so it was very hard for us to do stairs and with the restaurant being in front it was very hard for us. Due to all of this it was a miserable time for both of us.

Review 60：The only glitch was on one of the mornings (we stayed three days) when a large group overran the breakfast facilities and there was a wait for service. Make sure you ask about this the night before so you can accomodate your breakfast time. It is a chain after all so it is not particularly long on charm but sometimes efficiency is more important.
Review 61：Not all venues in this chain are created equal. Happy to say that this particular location is very convenient to Taos plaza as well as all nearby locations that you may wish to visit(Taos Pueblo, Millicent Rogers Museum, Rio Grande Gorge Bridge). It is well run and offers all the amenities as described on the website. The room was very spacious, with comfortable beds and good refrigerator. The bathroom is modern. The breakfast is served in the regular restaurant dining room. and is delicious. A nice touch: every day, between 5 and 7 PM there is complimentary soup served. I suppose it could substitute for dinner (if your budget is tight) or if you have availed yourself of a super lunch at one of the many great restaurants in Taos. But that depends on your plans. There is a large, clean, underused hot tub, great after a day of activities, as well as a reasonably large swimming pool (I had it to myself!), in a nicely landscaped area. The WiFi works very well. Good value for your money.
