Review 2：Everything. An excellent hotel. Staff were informative and very pleasant. Room was comfortable and well maintained. Great breakfast. Plenty of variety.

Review 3：It's an elegant hotel in an excellent location, with a really good restaurant. I had a small single room which was beautifully decorated and comfortable. I liked it so much I asked to stay an extra night, and the staff were accommodating.

Review 4：Bar did not open until 2pm on a Saturday! Disappointing for those meeting up for a drink before the wedding!!

Review 9：The breakfast situation was kind of chaotic. Everyone planned to eat at the same time, so no seats was available and the platters was empty.

Review 10：This beautiful, large family room was very tastefully decorated and gave us a pleasant stay. Maybe a bit warm in this attic room, but it was one of the hottest summer nights, so no complaints.

Review 11：It would be even nicer if there were no carpets in the rooms (more airy, less stuffy), the door to the toilet was cleaned as well (hotels always skip this), and the breakfast could be made more innovative (always the same food at every hotel)

Review 12：Nice grand building, right in the centre, nicely renovated, clean, airy, possible to open windows, big bathroom with walk-in shower, very nice breakfast room - and an additional plus, it was fresh so no smells of detergents or old towels

Review 13：On our arrival the restaurant was closed (Thursday). On a Friday we were told it's fully booked :O Would be great to have some information in advance that you need to book a table in hotel restaurant. Surely there shold be priority for hotel guests. The staff could only recommend another restaurant downtown who had the same owner! Like there wouldn't be any other places around which are much better than Bishops Arms! Not enough storage for cloths in family room. Difficult to find place for the breakfast in the morning. WiFi very poor on the 5th floor.

Review 14：The rooms were ready before the check-in time. Comfortable beds. Nice view. Breakfast ok but by far not as good as in Elite Marina Tower in Stockholm e.g. Tea/instant coffee in the room.

Review 18：I booked a room for which the hotel claimed a view on the river or a view on the city centre. We got a room on the ground floor with a view on the construction works in the street. Yes, you may term that as a view on the city centre. The water discharge of adjacent rooms seem to run through the room that we had. The noise level was unaccepted especially during the night

I suggest Elite Grand Hotel make an agreement with the parkinghouse and reserve a number of parking places. Add the cost to the room. When booking one may book with or without parking.

Review 29：When we asked for more coffee to our room we were told to go to the restaurant instead. In a nice hotel like this I think that should have been taken care of in a better way.

Review 30：Clean and neat room with very nice bathroom. All the space you need really, and modern but simple decor. We liked it a lot. Breakfast was good, all the things you would want, but lacking of some pastry maybe. Service was mostly good, the most receptionists were very kind and helpful.

Review 76：Never ever make a reservation and pay in advance at this hotel. I booked through Booking.com 4 nights tried to cancel two of them but they wouldn't accept it. And as they said I had had a good rate, they advised me I should contact Booking.com to solve the problem ... Their courtesy was upgrading my 2 nights room, a 100 swedish crowns voucher for to spend at bar/rest and refund 65 swedish crowns ... a kind of glass of beer...

Review 79：The fact that we went to their "spa" which is a hot tub that holds about 4 people max and when we went to that area their was a couple that was naked in the hot tub and having sex. We told the front desk and the fellow said that he would "give them the evil eye when they walked by" not exactly the response we were looking for! We also did not use the hot tub for the remainder of our staff to do contamination from the ongoings in it, so that was disappointing as well for the price that we paid for the hotel. The next day we mentioned it to a female staff member who seemed to think that it was quite funny and she laughed. The staff did not tell us that we needed a code to get out of the parkade or how to get out of the parkade which messed up a portion of our fishing trip as we could not get out of the parkade and it was a Saturday so the parkade company was not open to answer our calls.

What I didn't like was that a man who was supposed to water the flowers on the balcony just unlocked our door and came in. He knocked first, but came in the door and burst into the room literally a second later, without waiting for us to answer or come to the door. My girlfriend didn't even have any clothes on, but was luckily covered with a duvet in bed. The guy said he wanted to water the flowers. So he did, but it had been VERY heavy rain that day - it was strange that he wanted to water The flowers. Anyways, he had to come look at them to see that the flowers didn't need any water after all.

Really great! Nice breakfast and dinner, nice room and everything on walking distance.
