Review 1：If you've ever wondered what to like to stay in a place that rents rooms by the hour, this is that place. Nothing worked, filthy, and I swear some had just left the shower before I checked in. Horrible security, no deadbolts or chains. Windo on ground floor did not lock.

Review 2：Convenient parking. It all went to hell after that.

Review 3：The bathroom was very small. Getting in and out of the tub was hazardous. The TV didn't work. The room didn't seem especially clean. We were on the 2nd floor with no elevator.

Review 10：taking the taxi anywhere was super expensive. Getting a taxi to the hotel was pricey. I called the front desk prior to fine the best prices taxi and they quoted me wrong. That was honestly my only issue.

Review 11：From the outside it looks like a run down motel once you step in your room you're pleasantly surprised. It's beautiful with all of your needs for the duration of your stay. There is so much within walking distance and the mall of America is literally minutes away. The staff is super polite.

Review 14：The room smelled like urine, the remote didn't work, there were holes parched up, i told them and they upgraded my room to a 2 beds room and one of the beds had not been done, not a place for families bad looking neighborhood

Review 18：I think it was a bit high for the it basic hotel no iron or board in the room the tub leak I had to replace the battery to the smoke detectors housekeeper missed a day the sheet had a lot of stain on them it was clean to many whole in the blanket. The evening staff was not so friendly.

Review 22：The staff was a bit odd. They were all very nice and made accommodation for us but there was a male manager who creeped us out. The rooms were okay, the floors were dirty and the rooms smelled strongly like a baby powder/ potpourri. A little run down.

Review 23：The location is pretty good, right next to the freeway and very close to downtown and mall of america. Close to airport and rental car facility.

Review 28：There was no such thing as wifi in the rooms, (they even tried telling me it was my new phone and my iPad that was the problem. Then when we went to reception to get into the internet I was told someone had broken the computer so that it wouldn't connect. Also the safe wasn't working, (apparently the battery was flat ( this couldn't be repaired because they weren't going to be using that safe company any more.

Review 29：When you first drive in and see someone with their car up on a jack working underneath it with oil flowing everywhere, and a woman of the evening working on the other side, take warning. The rugs were so filthy you dared not take off your shoes, the bedding full of burn holes, and a non-functional toilet so close to a wall you have to sit side saddle. If you ever wonder where sandpaper goes to die, they turn into towels at this dump of a motel. Run away!

Review 30：Looked like door was kicked in a few times, the alarm didn't work,phone was very hard to use, the fridge didn't work well !! Needsrenovation!!

Review 32：The carpet was shampoed so it was wet for the 3 days we were there. When we walked on it our feet got wet and dirty. Some one knocked on our door in the middle of the night and wanted in??? The coffee was the good and only warm. we was not happy at all and will mot go back again or recemd it to anyone.

We had no hot water for 2 days, dirty towels in our room, phone didn't work, had to program our own remote for TVs, garbage in our sheets, didn't get house keeping, Kleenex box was not filled, shower head barely hanging on!! And all this disgusting stuff and they refused a refund on the room, horrible management!!

Review 45：The outside doors didn't lock at all. There was a huge blood stain on the rug in the room. The headboard fell off the wall before we even got on the bed. There was a leak in the bathtub that kept dripping all night. If you would have just pushed a little hard on our door the door would have opened, I would not recommend anyone to stay at this property ever.

I had intended to use my card simply to hold the reservation and then pay my bill with cash, since I needed the balance on my card for my trip. They sent it through anyway, complicating my finances. They did refund the credit when requested, but it took a couple days to go through. Should have just done what website promised.

Review 58：Location close to the Park and Fly facility. Price very reasonable for a quick overnight stay.

Review 59：The security cameras were everywhere, but some were just dangling on their wires. The entrance door opened without a key, even at night. The door to our room didn't latch unless you pushed/pulled hard on it. We came in twice after maidservice to find our door could be opened just by pushing on it.We didn't try very hard, but when we went down for "breakfast" all we found was orange juice and coffee. Maybe we didn't look in the right location, I am not sure, as the front desk person didn't speak english well the night we checked in, so maybe I misunderstood him.

Review 60：The beds were very comfortable, the room was very spacious and had new laminate flooring, The location was perfect~5 minutes to walmart and sams club, 5 minutes to the Mall of America, 2 minutes to the waterpark. The price through booking.com made it worth the stay. The nightly rate posted on the door was $150/night. It was not worth that amount. $75/night is the most I would pay for these type of accommodations.

Review 61：Very small, not that clean. Hard to use outlets, bed against them. Very small bathroom, could barly turn around to dress. The water hard to ajust to right temp. Floor unlevel from water damage? Was rebooked for secund night and got back from hospital and they moved us out and said we weren't rebooked, when we had a 6 year old right from hospital who neeeded to lay down. Then called back hours later to say we could come back!! That it was a mistake.

The sheets in the bed didn t cover the bed they were too small so it was hidden by the pillows!!!!! I hâve Never complained pr written a bad review before because I m not that kind of person I am easily happy with what I am but I m used to staying in hôtels in bloomington to go shopping and they are way better and cleaner than this one for the same prive so I was Highly disappointed.

Review 75：Very shabby interiors and exteriors. The covered parking area had a lot of junk there and there were no signs to really tell you if you were allowed to park there. The carpet was filthy in both the rooms and the hallways and stairs. There were rips in the carpeting on the stairs. Windows were dirty. Edge around top of shower enclosure crusted with ???? No de-caf coffee in room. No clock in room.

Review 76：The easy entrance on and off Highway 494; close proximity to the airport Non smoking facility separate from rest of facility.. Inexpensive, but not as nice as most Motels 6.

Review 77：We stayed here for three days and didn't realize until the third day that there was a pool because it was in a separate building and there were no signs indicating it's existence. Also, the breakfast that was included was rather meager.

Review 78：The first room we were given was shabby and smelly, but when we complained the manager was very apologetic and accommodating and switched us to a nicer room. Apparently they are renovating the rooms but it is an ongoing process.

Manager said - other kinds of rooms are for higher prices. We had early departure from MSP (07:15am flight), but breakfest are offered only from 06:30am.

Review 99：I booked the last non smoking room room w/ king bed online. When we arrived, that room was gone. Was told we were upgraded. If we were upgraded I would hate to see our original room we booked. Our room had 2 double beds, table w/ chairs. The room was huge, strange set up for a bathroom, very tiny, old, dated. The toilet literally made a screaming noise when flushed. Bed spreads were wrinkled, room was dark (25 watt bulbs.) We slept in our clothes on top of the covers. Left extra early just to get out and go to the airport. Needless to say we were very uncomfortable staying there.

Review 102：The suits were nice cosmetically looking, but then you start to notice all the things that were wrong/broken. I was happy with the fact that we got a queen suit and a king suit for $330 for two nights but that was about the only good thing.

Review 103：The housekeeping never bothered to vacuum. We would come in at the end of the day, and the sheets weren't changed or even made and the carpet looked and felt dirty. Anytime we would ask for more towels, trash bags or coffee, the front desk either didn't have any left (...?) or they rolled their eyes and acted like we were asking for unicorn blood. The "complimentary breakfast" was donuts, over sugared danishes, and coffee, tea and juice. The safe in our room didn't work.

Phone was so stivky from pop or food the old style plunger wouldn t come up for dial tone...moved to another room but that phone didn't operate at all. Save your money and don't believe the online pictures. Beds are poorly made up...sheets aren t even tucked. Promised a pullout couch bed for one kid.....all the front springs broken out and the mattress folded down Told we would be allowed an air mattress...went out and bought one. If you use too many swim towels they charge 50.00 to your credit card....couldn't tell us how many. This place is worse than a one star Cuban hotel.
