Review 1：I had requested a ground floor room, my room was on the second. It advertised a breakfast..and it was a coffee pot and the office was locked (had to knock) at 6:30am

Review 3：bathroom was outdated,toilet paper holder was missing,bathroom door had a big crack where someone tried to break in. locked out of room 2 nights.bed was probably 25 years old and not comfortable.pillows were very small.

Review 5：We showed up, our reservation could not be found, the man at the front desk said he didn't actually work there, he was just helping out the lady who ran the place (who was in the hospital, making the place feel a little less safe), we asked for a non smoking room (due to asthma), got a smoking room, dirty with tissues in the toilet and smelled like smoke. I really hope I didn't get charged because I told him we weren't staying and the man said he'd cancel my reservation, but if I did, it was a $50 lesson.

Review 7：Booking.com didn't send our reservation to the hotel, so we were not registered to stay. Glad I took my reservation confirmation. The continental breakfast consisted of two types of cereal and coffee. This was an older hotel and was clean, yet it hasn't been updated. Took quite a while for the water to get warm.
