Review 1：The hotel name was in Thai not English , so spent sometime walking around. Mini bar : 2 bottles of water ! No hair dryer No WiFi No cable TV : 4 channels Wardrobe smelt so musty we didn't use it Floor in bedroom sticky Poor drainage in bathroom No choice of breakfast given , and was of very poor quality Tea , coffee and water facility in breakfast area : cups were not clean, tables not clean Even had someone else butter put on are table half used ! How the hell did this hotel get a high rating ?

Review 2：The bed and pillows were comfortable

Review 3：The need to remove shoes before going upstairs is ridiculous....I could understand if the stairs was carpeted..but it was dirty concrete! The breakfast was cooked hours before we came downstairs - and worst of all the butter was 3 months out of date :( There was no point in making an issue about it as there was no-one there who spoke English. The so called bar consisted of 2 bottles of Chang beer.....I could go on...Suffice to say , we found a better hotel a few mins. away for less money!

Review 11：The staff were very helpful. The service was very personal. They went out of their way to help us with bus bookings, getting local maps and providing us with information about the local town without any expectation or gain. The hotel was at the border of Mynamar and the shopping district. It was an awesome experience for our family as this part of the Thai country was very different to other parts. I would highly recommend this hotel even though it was small and not what we were usually use to.

Review 12：Very welcoming, friendly and helpful hotel administration. Close to the border crossing point, about 150.m. Quiet atmosphere, was probably a good night's sleep.

Review 13：But not so good if you do not wish to be in the red light area. When wearrived we were given a room (not like the picture on our booking) andjust when we had unpacked we were told that it was the wrong room. Wemoved to a room similar to the one on the booking slip and unpackedagain. We were then told that Booking Dot. Com had made a mistake aboutthe price and that we had to pay double the amount on the slip.Breakfast was poor (they had to go out to buy some Nescafe) and we feltthat we had been cheated. Apart from the owner, the staff seemed to haveno idea what they were doing.
