Review 1：- Hair dryer did not work - Far from public transport - Not suitable area for tourists - After check-in the room was not clean, but during 10-15 minutes the problem was solved

We were really charmed with the way Mr. Boyraci, the manager, was treating us and responding to our requests and needs. We also found out that the hotel has a good internet connection.

Review 10：*A bit of isolated location if you want to visit historical places and taxi can cost you a fortune. *No good shopping places nearby, closest shopping areas are approx 20min away if you walk. *No dinner menu available at hotel you must order food from outside or go out for dinner. *No reasonable restaurants available in immediate vicinity. *Limited breakfast menu with main course limited to 1-2options only. *Far away from Atatürk international airport and taxi can cost you approx 70-90tl depending upon traffic situation. *Unless you have business in area I believe its not a place for avid tourist. *For the price you can find alternatives as well so do some search before booking.

Review 16：A really, really nice hotel. Tha staff is very friendly and polite, always at your service. If you need a favour or advice, they are there for you. The rooms are nice and clean, the atmosphere is like you've been here many times before... just like you're at home.

Review 27：I have joined to a forum in Hilton Bomonti and the hotel is just 5 minutes walking distance. Also it is very close to main areas in Istanbul. Just you need to get a taxi because the area is not suitable for walking. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They prepared baby food for my 6 months old boy. The rooms are new and clean. I definitely advise it.

Review 28：Rooms were too small, there was a hole in the ceiling, no vent in the bathroom. The location was too noisy. TV didn't work properly, Everything about this hotel was way less than poor!
