Reviews for Dreamcatcher B&B

Review 1:Pillows could be a tad softer.

Review 2:Owners were gracious and very accommodating. Excellent breakfast included special requests! Also, especially liked the gas fireplace for taking off the morning chill.

Review 3:Great host . Great breakfast specially made by John. Most places give you toast , cereal coffee and maybe fruits. Not here . Amazing French breakfast. They think of everything. All the little things , like Chapstick, apple cider in your room, mints by your bed. Thank you both for making our stay so comfortable.... We would choose to return to the Dreamcatcher B&B again and again ?

Review 4:The location is a bit out of the way. The bed was terrible uncomfortable, metal springs. No airconditioning

Review 5:The owners are very nice and make you feel welcome.

Review 6:The owners were very welcoming and gave us great suggestions on where to eat and shop. They have a nice book of all the restaurants in town. The room was clean, updated and very comfortable. Beautiful setting. Very private. Highly recommend!!

Review 7:Our unit had 4 steps from bedroom to bathroom which is awkward, but other units don't have steps.

Review 8:Friendly host, good breakfast, quiet setting, fireplace in room.

Review 9:We liked everything! We stayed in the kiva room and took advantage of the fireplace everyday of our stay over Christmas. Breakfasts were awesome. John and Prudy are fantastic and friendly.

Review 10:Only one negative and I'm sure it is room specific. In the Fetish Bear room, the bed frame is a rustic aspen or pine frame. It looks great. Matches the room decor great. The problem is the right foot post of the bed has a branch of the tree it was made out of sticking out about three inches. Horrible hip or thigh catcher while cutting corner around foot of bed. Both thighs bruised by the end of visit. Nothing a saw, sandpaper, and varnish can't fix. Wife only hit once, I snagged myself at least three times, each side. Slow learner.

Review 11:Courtyard a pleasure, lots of birdsong, goats, and chicken sounds from neighbors yards. Rooms warm, cozy, and clean. Endless hot water. Nice decor and kiva. Close to town center, shopping, arts, nightly music, and fine dining. Hosts were great and breakfast very good. Just what was needed for our 20th wedding anniversary.

Review 12:No wi-fi in room. Booking.com said a 10 min walk to town but more like 15 min.

Review 13:Owners were terrific. Loved their dog Jake. Lovely wooded setting. Room was nice size and bath amenities very good. The bathrobes were warm and cozy. Breakfast was good.

Review 14:Nothing!

Review 15:Fabulous stay.. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Our room was very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The food was outstanding and so were Prudi and John.

Review 16:The owner was incredibly helpful with everything. Suggestions of places to eat, sites to see and most importantly for us was very explicit driving instructions

Review 17:The B & B is a nice walk from the Plaza, but it was easy to drive over and park. The Kachina was a lovely room and having a refrigerator was great. It's quiet and the garden is lovely. Rochelle gave us great recommendations for dinner and lunch and we would definitely go back. Breakfast was outstanding!

Review 18:Not much... everything was perfect.

Review 19:Loved the vibe, the grounds, my room, outdoor seating area, the food, (full breakfast included & served) owners, & Jake, (their dog) I slept like a baby!

Review 20:Though the innkeepers were away, their "temp" did a great job. She was very friendly and whipped up some excellent breakfasts. Also very responsive in fixing the satellite tv reception.

Review 21:Nothing

Review 22:The owners are very welcoming and comfortable to talk with. They offer great knowledge of the local places of interest and are helpful with reservations for sight seeing and dining. An outstanding B & B with equally outstanding owners.

Review 52:Good breakfast but the same menu several days in a row. This was a restful vacation so breakfast @ 7:45 -8:45 was a litttle tight. It would have been nice to have fruit or muffins available if breakfast time was missed.

Review 61:John and Prudy have thought about what makes an overnight stay special! The room was charming with lots of neat little touches. The underfloor heating and gas fire were very welcome in freezing temperatures. John's breakfasts were delicious, especially the oat brûlée. We enjoyed the conversation around the communal breakfast table. Wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation.

A great respit for the weary traveler and the a lovely place to stay and check out Taos. It is close to the plaza and lots of restaurants. Breakfast was so nice. Made fresh and it was fun talking to the others staying there.
