Reviews for SKY Residence

Review 1：Bed was not the most comfortable but passable. TV didn't work so had to go to Champions Bar at Marriott Hotel (which I wholeheartedly recommend if you're a sports fan) to watch Champions League football. Welcome pack included orange juice, water and coke but no milk for tea or coffee. Also varieties of tea but no coffee. This is a minor thing but in my view if you're going to offer a welcome pack it's best to get it right!

Review 2：Very helpful and friendly person to greet me. Location is excellent. In the centre of the city but not noisy at night. Excellent restaurants and coffee shops (perfect for breakfast) just next door. Quite spacious and well laid out and easy access free wifi.

Review 3：The towels were so old they turned gray. For two people you get one bath towel and 3 medium sized towels. The mattress was of the cheapest sort, and VERY hard. It made us both sore the next day. All of the furniture was originally cheap and is now 20-30 years old judging from the styling. The curtains don't properly darken the bedroom, or give privacy in the living room. The only table is a tiny cafe table that is occupied by a microwave, so there is no eating or working table. There are two rugs that are old and dirty. There is a hostel across the alley and the kids were drinking and yelling until after midnight. If this happens to you, go down to the doorman and he will call the police. No paper towels or sofa pillows for back support. The apartment could be very nice if the management did not have such a cheap approach. Please spend a bit more, make the place nicer and pass the cost on to us.

Review 4：The location is perfect, the building newish, the apartment itself fine the check-in was fine. The management is foolishly cheap. If they spent 3% more than the cost of the apartment on furnishings they could increase their rent by 25-50% and get their money back in a couple months.

Review 5：The real address of apartments isn't Polna Street 13 (the main address from booking site). The real address is Piękna 24/26A, 00-549 Warszawa. The distance between them is something about one kilometer. One can find the note about it in the fine print in the end of booking confirmation, but I had understood it only after 3rd email from hotel. May be it has to be more emphasized somewhere in the apartments description in the booking site...
