Review 4：Upgraded to suite as room was a twin bedded one (all standard rooms are twins). Breakfast bag (just a decent sandwich roll and juice) was supplied in lieu of breakfast as we left very early for airport.

Review 9：Beautiful property acroos street from gorgeous park. Very modern beautiful breakfast area and outstanding breakfast. Great place but Kranj is nothing special except it is 5 miles to airport.

Review 10：Location - it is very convenient if you have to catch a flight from LJU airport, but it is in fact 30 km from the city of Ljubljana itself, which makes it difficult to get there just for a coffee in town or to stroll around. There is basically nothing around, but restaurant in the hotel is open for lunch and dinner.

Review 11：Food - the chef does really take care of all details, quality and taste are impeccable. Staff was particularly kind on the day of our check-out, as we were waiting for a flight in the late afternoon and we travelled with our small baby they allowed for a late check-out with no extra charges.

Review 12：For a very tall person the bed was on the small side and the mattress not as firm as I would have liked. But these are really minor quibbles.

Review 13：Bear in mind that the hotel was virtually empty over the Easter weekend so we had the run of the place. I loved everything about it. Super helpful staff, fantastic wellness centre and masseuse. Very good food in the restaurant and excellent wines, especially from the Brda region. And access to the gorgeous Brdo Estate. Can't fault this place.

Review 60：It was a bit out of the way, so you needed to take a taxi to get places. The only other issue was that the girl who checked us in told us she was giving us a free upgrade to a suite (which we thought was amazing!). But apparently she didn't mark it in the computer or make a note of it, so when we went to check out early in the morning, the man working said he had to charge us for the suite rate even though we didn't ask for the suite. Not great customer service on his part. But otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed the stay.
