Review 1：Not the best beach we had been to in Thailand. Prices of things in the hotel compared with outside meant the hotel looked empty most evenings as people went outside to eat.

Review 2：Swimming pools were lovely, grounds were beautiful. Breakfast was good and plentiful choice. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Review 3：Best place to stay if a traveller is aiming to relax and does not want to move a lot from places to places. A plenty of things to keep you occupied during your stay.

Review 8：Breakfast is very basic for a 5 star Extemely poor quality cocktails The hotel hosted a drinks night for the guests and it was shocking to see that 30 min in the event they ran out of drinks! It was a quite embarrassing

Review 17：Great beach location, quiet at this time of year. Staff handled a problem we had with noisy neighbours extremely well. Food options were excellent and local long tail boat trips a real bonus as long as you are clear with the driver what you want!!

Review 18：For club access - children under 12 years are during cocktail time "expelled" into a separate club including the parents with less selection. For toddlers understandable, for our kids it was less appealing and we would have preferred the main building club, which is more comfortable. Given that there is an extra charge for the children and club access, this could be pointed out up front.

Nobody add items in my bar. Several times I' ve said on reception that I have water inside my fridge. I'm living here for 10 days, water is there! Nobody checked, nobody cleaned it! It is the first 5* hotel, where beds lining changes not everyday... It was a surprise for me..

Review 29：The room is amazing, has all the amenities we could think of, with a great bath and separate shower. The hotel is beautiful, lots of trees, lake, greate pools and private beach. And what can I say about breakfast and the artistics pancakes!

Review 30：The quality of food in the main restaurant, Gecko, is not up to five stars standard and many main dishes taste dull in comparison to other restaurants in other hotels of this level. The spa is under staff of qualified personnel.

Review 35：Great! This place is the best! I had travel to many places, this hotel is very suitable for young couple with children.The hospitality and their services are very good.I also hired baby sitter so we could enjoy our dinner, walking together along the beach..it's like second honeymoon!

Top staff, good restaurants and other facilities and fun live music each evening. Make sure you book a club room so you can enjoy the club facilities. Good beach, and the long tail boat ride to the nearby islands is recommended.

Every night, the restaurant across the road was filled with Sheraton guests. With higher quality cooking and lower prices, your restaurants would do far better business.

Review 89：The front desk Spa staff were argumentative. We received a voucher which provided a discount on treatment, the Spa front of desk argued for 25 minutes refusing to honour the voucher when the conditions clearly were met. Management at the hotel agreed with us and our voucher was honoured.

Review 90：The General Manager Paul was excellent we flew in late on NYE and arranged for an extra table to be arranged for us immediately at the Gala dinner. We had reserved the table in advance weeks ago but Paul made it right. Our flight was a late departure and Paul arranged for a late checkout The staff generally were very friendly and provided great service. Our room and the the club facilities were great.

Review 91：The food was a bit hit-or-miss: thai dishes were wonderful but choiceswere limited (2-3 dishes only) and western or indian food was generallybad. Kid's menus were just fine though with plenty of choices. Onething I found though is that they advertise the hotel as very high end.Although I found it great, I wouldn't rate it 5 stars, maybe a high4 but excellent in every way for kids. However guests without kids oftenlooked annoyed by all the kids running around and being...well, kids.

Review 92：Perfect hotel for families with young children. 2 big pools withdifferent depths and water fountains. Very nice clean beach with supersoft sand, clean water (some very small jelly fish on the first day buteveryone was still swimming). Very nice staff, very patient with kids.They go out of their way to help with anything. Clean rooms, lots ofactivities for kids.... Really couldn't fault the staff, location orfacilities.

Review 97：Found roaches crawling over fruits we left on table and black ants running in the room and over cough syrup bottle. I have never seen roaches or ants in a 5 stars hotel ever ! Hotel too far off from town. Food around vicinity sucks! Plus car or motobike rental is more expensive than in town for the same.

The only thing that prevent us not to extend more is because we need to get back to phuket for early non-changeable flight on the next morning, otherwise we will extend more. The place is beautiful and loved by all the family members. My kids really sad to leave it. They rate it as one of their best holiday ever! The room is nice and spaciuos, the beach is tremendous, the staffs is very warm and welcome, the pools, etc... And btw, the kids really loves to play with the golf car. :-)

The materials looked cheap.Sheraton called itself a five-star hotel, but I will only give it afour. The facilities and services do not live up to its fame and price.This hotel provided with where it is located and its vast area, has gotso much potential. But there is a lack of maintainance here and there,for example, the lawn. The lwan is big but the grass, bushes and tressare not delicately and trimmed. Sometimes there aren't even anybushes. The hotel charges at such a high price, but they don't evenprovide wifi for free.Besides, the design and the rennovation of thebathroom is ridiculous. Water kept on leaking onto the floor while wewere bathing. We whole floor became wet. The beach towels were stainedand they smelled weird. Maybe it's the detergent.

Review 114：Mandara Spa is a hidden gem! Relaly good service!The hotel provide a500baht cash coupon and a coupon in which you could choose to have freedrinks at the bar or ice-cream at the pool. It's a warm welcome! Thebuffet breakfast is great, yummy food with varities. Great latte isserved at breakfast.
