Review 1：Leisure area was deceiving. Pool was small and water looked dirty. Sauna was not working.
Review 2：Great breakfast. Very good customer service. Powerful aircon is appreciated in the warm climate os Cuiabá.Good view from room.Close to the upscale area of Cuiabá (but not a pedestrian friendly city).
Review 3：Everything was great. Excellent staff, very comfortable rooms, great restaurant and bar. And, the shower: Best shower head ever!! Stayed there two nights, one before and one after our tour of the Pantanal, where we saw, among other wildlife, jaguars every time we went out with our guide.
Review 4：- hotel by a very noisy road, far from the center, ....but who wants to be in the center of cuiaba - staff unprofessionnal : no english spoken at restaurant, leading to misunderstanding of the order - swimming pool area looking like it is under construction and NO SHADE ...it was 43 degrees outside ... - the tour guide they provided me with to go to the chapada do guimaraes was not a guide but a driver. So he could not bring me to any hike in the park , because he did not have the license, only to view points accessible by car ... - breakfast should have separated sections between savoury and sweet, because I took a croissant in the sweet section ... And discovered it was filled with pork when biting in it (I am vegetarian)

Review 7：The hotel is fine and the breakfest is excellent but swimming pool is a joke !!! Cuiabá is the hottest city in Brazil and the hotel should think more about to make a decent pool.....
Review 8：The air conditioning unit in our original deluxe room was very noisy. We asked for a change of room at 7pm and it took until 10pm for this to be done, with promises from reception several times that our new room needed to be made up and would be ready in just a few minutes. The swimming pool area urgently needs updating.

Review 11：Everything...staff super friendly, the most amazing and powerful shower, huge room, fantastic night's sleep, the best black-out blinds! Excellent value for money, the best breakfast room I have ever seen! A great start to our Pantanal trip, I would highly recommend Hotel Gran Odara.

Review 39：The Internet is very very slow and the TV Channels are only in portugiese. In a hotel like this it is not up to standard. The Spa department ist not up to expectations, especially the massage therapist.
